Cynthia L. Feldmann has served as a director of STERIS since 2005 and chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee while also serving on the Audit Committee. A retired certified public accountant with 27 years at two large global accounting firms, she was Partner-in-Charge of KPMG's National Medical Technologies Practice and founder and President of Jetty Lane Associates.
