Clayton C. Daley, Jr. spent his entire professional career with The Procter & Gamble Company, a global consumer packaged goods company, joining in 1974 and holding key accounting and finance positions including Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chairman of P&G, Comptroller of U.S. Operations, and Vice President and Treasurer before retiring in 2009. He served as Senior Advisor to TPG Capital from 2009 until October 2012, and was a director and Audit Committee Chair of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide from 2008 to 2016. Mr. Daley chairs the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and serves on the Audit Committee, and holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Davidson College and an MBA from The Ohio State University.

Michelle P. Goolsby served for ten years, from 1998 to 2008, on the senior executive team of Dean Foods Company, where she held positions of Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer and head of Corporate Development, with responsibilities including legal, human resources, acquisitions, risk management and sustainability. James M. Kilts is a renowned leader in the consumer industry with over 40 years of experience, and has served as Chairman of the Board of The Simply Good Foods Company since July 2017. He is the Founding Partner of Centerview Capital Consumer, founded in 2006, and previously served as Chairman, CEO and President of The Gillette Company from 2001 until its 2005 merger with P&G, at which point he became Vice Chairman of the Board of P&G; he was also President and CEO of Nabisco from 1998 until its acquisition by Philip Morris in 2000. Mr. Kilts currently serves on the boards of Viatris Inc. and Advantage Solutions Inc. (as Chairman). He received a bachelor's degree in History from Knox College and an MBA from the University of Chicago, and serves on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

Romitha S. Mally has over 30 years of experience in financial services as an investment banker and equity research analyst, beginning at Goldman Sachs covering the food sector from 1998 to 2005. Montgomery founded and has been principal of Montgomery Consulting Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in sales, marketing and business strategies in the consumer-packaged goods industry, since 2010. From 2003 until 2010 he held increasing roles at Birds Eye Foods, Inc., culminating as Executive Vice President, and earlier served as Vice President of Sales at HJ Heinz Company and in sales roles at McCain Food, ConAgra Frozen Food, Sara Lee Corporation and Del Monte Corporation. Mr. Montgomery chairs the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Committee and serves on the Compensation Committee, and holds a bachelor's degree in management from Seton Hall University and a Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight from Carnegie Mellon University.

Brian K. Ratzan has been a Partner of Centerview Capital Consumer since April 2014 and has over 25 years of private equity investing experience. Prior to joining Centerview he was Partner and Head of U.S. Private Equity at Pamplona Capital Management (2012 to 2014) and Managing Director and Head of Consumer at Vestar Capital Partners, which he joined in 1998. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Advantage Solutions Inc. since October 2020 and previously served on boards including Del Monte Foods, The Sun Products Corporation and Birds Eye Foods. Mr. Ratzan serves on the Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees, and holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

David W. Ritterbush has been the CEO of Califia Farms, LLC since October 2020. He served as President of the Company's wholly owned subsidiary Quest Nutrition, LLC from November 2019 until October 2020, and was CEO of Quest Nutrition from March 2017 prior to its acquisition by the Company in November 2019; he was also CEO of Popchips (Sonora Mills, Inc.) from 2015 to 2017 and held leadership positions at Premier Nutrition Corporation from 2009 to 2015. Geoff E. Tanner has served as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer since July 7, 2023, and as a member of the Board of Directors since April 2023; he previously served as the Company's President, Chief Operating Officer and CEO-Elect from April 2023 until July 2023. Prior to joining the Company he was Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer of The J.M. Smucker Company from October 2019 until February 2023, and held various leadership roles at Big Heart Pet Brands and its predecessor Del Monte Foods from 2003 until 2016. Mr. Tanner received a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand and an MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business. He was determined not to be an independent director because he is the Company's current President and CEO.

David J. West is an established leader in the consumer industry with 30 years of experience, and has served as Vice Chairman of the Board since July 2017; he became a partner of Centerview Capital Consumer in May 2016. He previously served as CEO and President of Big Heart Pet Brands (formerly Del Monte Foods) from August 2011 to March 2015, and as CEO, President and a director of Hershey from 2007 to May 2011. Mr. West has been a member of the Board of Directors of Advantage Solutions Inc. since October 2020 and Freshpet, Inc. since August 2023, serves on the Compensation Committee, and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University.

James D. White has been the owner of Culture Design Lab, which provides culture transformation and diversity, equity and inclusion consulting services, since 2019, and was Executive Chair of the Board of Air Protein, Inc. from March 2020 until April 2024. He served from 2008 to 2016 as Chairman, President and CEO of Jamba, Inc., where he led the company's turnaround, and earlier held executive positions at Safeway, Gillette and Nestle Purina. Christopher J. Bealer has served as the Company's Chief Financial Officer since July 3, 2025, after serving as Senior Vice President, Finance from April 1, 2025 until July 3, 2025. He has almost 23 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods and consumer durables, most recently serving as EVP Corporate Controller at Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC from March 2024 to March 2025 and CFO Health at Reckitt from April 2021 to February 2024, and earlier as Vice President and CFO for EMEA and North America regions at Whirlpool Corporation. Mr. Bealer is a Certified Public Accountant in the United States and a qualified Associate Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom, and received his Bachelor's Degree with Honours in Geography from the University of Birmingham, U.K.

Michael L. ClawsonChief Commercial Officer

Michael L. Clawson has served as the Company's Chief Commercial Officer since November 14, 2025, after serving as Chief Customer Officer from October 14, 2024, when he joined the Company. Prior to joining the Company he was General Manager, Vice President of the Meals Business Unit at Del Monte Foods from February 2024 until October 2024, and previously held roles at Del Monte Foods including Vice President of Walmart, International Development & Sales Strategy and Vice President of U.S. Retail Sales. Mr. Clawson received an MBA from Duke University, The Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Ryan A. ThomasSenior Vice President, General Manager Atkins and OWYN

Ryan A. Thomas has served as the Company's Senior Vice President, General Manager Atkins and OWYN since September 17, 2025, after serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager Atkins from October 2023. Prior to joining the Company he was Chief Commercial Officer Pet for Post Holdings, Inc. from February 2023 until October 2023, and held marketing and innovation leadership roles at The J.M. Smucker Company from 2016 until February 2023. Mr. Thomas received an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh.

Timothy R. KraftChief Legal and Corporate Development Officer

Timothy R. Kraft has served as the Company's Chief Legal and Corporate Development Officer since July 3, 2025, after serving as Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer from June 2024 and as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary from October 2019 to June 2024; he joined the Company as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Compliance Officer in June 2018. Prior to joining the Company he was General Counsel of the Green Chef Corporation and served in various legal roles, including Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, for Boulder Brands, Inc. from 2009 through 2016. Mr. Kraft received a Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Truman State University.

Amy C. HeldSenior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Amy C. Held has served as the Company's Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer since June 2024, after serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer-Elect from March 2024 to June 2024. Prior to joining the Company she was Chief Transformation Officer at The J.M. Smucker Company from September 2022 to February 2024 and held additional roles at Smucker including Chief Strategy & International Officer; she earlier spent 2000 to 2013 at Willis Towers Watson, leaving as an Office Managing Partner. Ms. Held received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.

Timothy A. MatthewsVice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer

Timothy A. Matthews has served as the Company's Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since July 2017, and served in the same role at Atkins from November 2016 to July 2017. Prior to joining Atkins he served as Corporate Controller of Gevo, Inc. from June 2014 to November 2016, and earlier as Senior Manager of Global Accounting and Consolidations at Molson Coors Brewing Company and in roles at Intermap Technologies and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Matthews received an MBA from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Norbert College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
