Ms. Archambeau is the former Chief Executive Officer of MetricStream, Inc., a global provider of governance, risk, compliance and quality management solutions, serving from 2002 until 2018. She previously held senior roles including Chief Marketing Officer and EVP of Sales at Loudcloud, Chief Marketing Officer at NorthPoint Communications, and President of Blockbuster's e-commerce division, following a 15-year career at IBM. She serves on the boards of Okta, Inc., Verizon Communications, Inc., and Lineage, Inc., and previously served as a director of Nordstrom, Inc. At Roper she chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee and serves on the Executive Committee.

Ms. Brinkley is the founder, owner and manager of AWB Consulting, LLC, an executive advising and risk management consulting firm. She served as Chief Risk Officer for Bank of America Corporation from 2002 until her retirement in 2009, after more than 30 years with the company, having previously been President of its Consumer Products division and Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. She served as a director of TD Bank Group and several subsidiaries between 2010 and 2025 and of Carter's Inc. from 2010 to 2021. She became Roper's Independent Chair of the Board in June 2021 and chairs the Executive Committee.

Mr. Hunn has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Roper Technologies since August 2018, having previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2017 to 2018 and as Group Vice President of Roper's medical segment from 2011 to 2018. He has led the execution of the majority of the company's capital deployment since joining Roper. Before joining Roper, he spent 10 years at MedAssets, Inc., an Atlanta-based SaaS company, where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and as President of its revenue cycle technology businesses, and earlier held roles at CMGI, Inc. and Parthenon Group. He has been a director of Deere & Company since 2023 and is the only non-independent member of Roper's Board.

Mr. Johnson was Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Aerospace Enterprise Ltd. from August 2006 to December 2008. He served as Chairman of Honeywell Aerospace from January 2005 to January 2006 and as its President and Chief Executive Officer from 1999 to 2005, having held the same roles at predecessor AlliedSignal, Inc. He has served as a director of SIFCO Industries, Inc. since 2024, and previously served on the boards of Spirit Airlines, Inc. and as Chairman of Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. from 2006 to December 2025. At Roper he serves on the Compensation and Nominating and Governance Committees.

Mr. Joyce served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Danaher Corporation, a global life sciences and diagnostics innovator, from September 2014 to September 2020, and as a senior advisor to Danaher from September 2020 to February 2021. During his tenure he oversaw the $13.6 billion acquisition of Pall Corporation and more than two dozen other strategic transactions. He joined Danaher in 1989 and served in leadership positions across multiple functions and businesses, and also served as a director of Danaher from 2014 to 2020. At Roper he serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees.

Mr. Murphy served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Adobe Inc. from April 2018 until October 2021, and earlier as its Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller. He previously held Chief Accounting Officer and Controller roles at Qualcomm Incorporated and DIRECTV Inc., and worked at Experian, Nestle, and Atlantic Richfield (ARCO). He currently serves as a director of Pure Storage, Inc. and LegalZoom.com, Inc. At Roper he serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees.

Ms. Thatcher retired in December 2013 after 33 years of legal practice at Alston & Bird LLP, where she developed and led the firm's executive compensation practice for 18 years and served as special executive compensation counsel to many publicly traded companies. She is widely recognized as a national expert on executive compensation and governance and co-authored the Compensation Committee Handbook (2nd and 3rd editions). She previously served on the boards of Batson-Cook Company and The Atlanta Legal Aid Society, Inc. At Roper she chairs the Compensation Committee and serves on the Executive Committee.

Mr. Wallman served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Honeywell International Inc. and its predecessor AlliedSignal, Inc. from 1995 until his retirement in 2003, and has also held senior financial positions at IBM Corporation and Chrysler Corporation. He has served as a director of CECO Environmental Corp. since 2021 and previously served on the boards of Charles River Laboratories International, Extended Stay America, SmileDirectClub, and Spirit Airlines. At Roper he chairs the Audit Committee and serves on the Executive Committee.

Mr. Conley serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Roper Technologies and is one of the company's named executive officers for 2025. His 2025 base salary was set at $745,000 with a target annual cash incentive opportunity of 125% of base salary.
