She previously held senior roles including Chief Marketing Officer and EVP of Sales at Loudcloud, Chief Marketing Officer at NorthPoint Communications, and President of Blockbuster's e-commerce division, following a 15-year career at IBM. She serves on the boards of Okta, Inc., Verizon Communications, Inc., and Lineage, Inc., and previously served as a director of Nordstrom, Inc. At Roper she chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee and serves on the Executive Committee.
