R. Lynn Atchison has been a member of Q2's board of directors since March 2017 and chairs its risk and compliance committee while also serving on the audit committee.
She has served as Chief Financial Officer of Spredfast and of HomeAway (through its acquisition by Expedia), and held CFO roles at Infoglide Software and Hoover's, having earlier spent eight years as an accountant with Ernst & Young.
She holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University and is NACD Directorship Certified.
