Jonathan A. Price has served as Q2's Chief Financial Officer since November 2024 and is the company's principal financial and accounting officer.

He joined Q2 in February 2018 and held a series of senior corporate-development and strategy roles, most recently Executive Vice President, Strategy & Emerging Businesses. Before Q2 he spent several years in technology investment banking at BMO Capital Markets, and earlier at Citi and Goldman Sachs.

He holds an H.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
