Margaret L. Taylor has been a member of Q2's board of directors since June 2020, chairs its nominating and corporate governance committee and serves on the compensation committee.

She previously served as President of PeopleSoft Investments and as Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations of PeopleSoft, and has served on numerous public-company boards, including Fair Isaac Corporation. Since January 2005 she has worked as a private investor and advisor.

She holds a B.A. in Communications and Psychology from Lone Mountain College of California.
