Andre L. Mintz has been a member of Q2's board of directors since March 2025 and serves on the audit and risk and compliance committees.
He has served as Vice President, Global Security & Privacy Programs and DMA Head of Compliance at Meta Platforms since January 2022, and previously was Chief Information Security Officer of Newport Group and of Red Ventures, as well as Chief Security Officer at Reuters.
He is a U.S. Air Force veteran and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, and holds a Graduate Certificate in Cybersecurity from Harvard University.
