Todd P. Kelsey is President and Chief Executive Officer of Plexus Corp. and a non-independent director. He has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2016 and as President from 2016 to 2022 and again from 2024 to present.
Mr. Kelsey joined Plexus in 1994 as a Design Engineer in the company's Engineering Solutions Group and held roles of increasing responsibility, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (2013-2016), Senior Vice President - Global Customer Services and Senior Vice President - Engineering Solutions. He earned a B.S. and M.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
