Jennifer B. Wuamett is an independent director of Plexus Corp. and serves on its Compensation & Leadership Development and Governance committees. She has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of NXP Semiconductors N.V., a global semiconductor company, since 2018, expanding her role to include Chief Sustainability Officer in 2022.
Ms. Wuamett joined NXP in 2015 through the merger with Freescale Semiconductor, Ltd., becoming NXP's Deputy General Counsel and Chief Intellectual Property Officer. Before joining NXP she was Freescale's General Counsel and Chief Intellectual Property Officer, worked in Motorola's legal department, and was an attorney in private practice with the law firm Quarles & Brady. She earned a B.A. from McDaniel College and a J.D. from Arizona State University.
