Dr. Eisenhart retired as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company in 2019, having joined Northwestern Mutual in 2011 and held progressively senior human resources roles. She previously served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Pfizer Inc. and held various leadership positions at Rohm and Haas Company, and holds a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University.

Mr. Foate has served as Plexus' Chairman of the Board since 2013 and retired as President and Chief Executive Officer of Plexus in 2016 after holding those roles since 2002. He joined Plexus in 1984 and held various executive roles including Chief Operating Officer, and earned a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Mr. Jueckstock retired as Executive Vice President of Tenneco Inc. in March 2023, a role he had held since 2018 when Tenneco acquired Federal-Mogul Corporation. He also served as President of Federal-Mogul Powertrain until his retirement after serving as its Chief Executive Officer since 2012, and earned a degree in Engineering from the Military College at Zittau, Germany.

Mr. Kelsey has served as Chief Executive Officer of Plexus since 2016 and as President from 2016 to 2022 and again from 2024 to present. He joined Plexus in 1994 as a Design Engineer and held various roles of increasing responsibility, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2013 to 2016, and earned B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

Mr. Martinez served as President and Chief Executive Officer of MTS Systems Corporation until 2021, and previously held several leadership roles at AAR Corporation, including President and CEO of the Airlift Group. He served in the U.S. Air Force for 21 years, retiring as a Colonel and Command Pilot, and holds Master of Science degrees from the University of Arkansas and the National Defense University.

Mr. Quadracci has served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Quad/Graphics, Inc., a worldwide marketing solutions partner, since 2010. He joined Quad in 1991 and held various positions of increasing responsibility, including Senior Vice President of Sales & Administration and President and Chief Operating Officer, and received a B.A. in Philosophy from Skidmore College.

Ms. Rapp retired as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of National Instruments Corp. in May 2023, where she also previously served as Treasurer. She earlier served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at NXP Semiconductors N.V. and held several leadership roles at Freescale Semiconductor, and currently serves as a director of Microchip Technology Incorporated and Cohu, Inc.; she holds an M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Rooke retired as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and a director, of Lexmark International, Inc. in 2016, having become President and CEO in 2010. He previously held several leadership positions at Lexmark including Executive Vice President and President of Imaging Solutions and of Printing Solutions and Services, and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Kentucky and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Schrock has served as Lead Director of Plexus' board since 2013 and as a Senior Advisor and Operating Consultant to Oak Hill Capital Partners since 2014. He previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Pentair plc, currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Atkore International Group Inc., and earned a B.S. from Bradley University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Ms. Wuamett has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of NXP Semiconductors N.V. since 2018, expanding her role to include Chief Sustainability Officer in 2022. She joined NXP in 2015 through the merger with Freescale Semiconductor, where she had been General Counsel and Chief Intellectual Property Officer, and earned a B.A. from McDaniel College and a J.D. from Arizona State University.

Mr. Kelsey joined Plexus in 1994 and has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2016, resuming the office of President in 2024 after having held it from 2016 to 2022. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since 2013 and as Executive Vice President of Global Customer Services since 2011.

Mr. Jermain joined Plexus in 2010 and has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2014; he was named a Senior Vice President in 2015 and Executive Vice President in 2019. He previously served as Treasurer and Vice President of Finance since 2013 and as Corporate Controller since 2010.

Mr. Mihm joined Plexus in 2000 and has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since 2022. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Operational Solutions, as Executive Vice President of Supply Chain since 2019, and as Regional President of EMEA from 2015 to 2019.

Mr. Ninivaggi joined Plexus in 2002 and has served as Chief Administrative Officer since 2013, having served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since 2006. He was named a Senior Vice President in 2011 and Executive Vice President in 2019, and also served as Corporate Compliance Officer from 2007 to 2013.

Mr. Running joined Plexus in 1997 and has served as Regional President of AMER since 2023. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Quality and Regulatory and Senior Vice President of Engineering since 2022, and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Global Engineering Solutions in AMER in 2016.

Mr. Tan joined Plexus in 2007 and has served as Regional President of APAC since 2020, having served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations since 2019. He was promoted to Vice President of Customer Management in APAC in 2010, later led all Penang operations in 2013 and expanded to lead APAC operations in 2018.

Mr. Zycinski joined Plexus in 2012 and has served as Regional President of EMEA since 2023. He previously served as Vice President of Regional Operations for EMEA from 2014 to 2018 before departing Plexus, then rejoined as Market Sector Vice President in 2021.
