Joel Quadracci is an independent director of Plexus Corp., appointed in April 2020, and serves on its Compensation & Leadership Development and Governance committees. He has served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Quad/Graphics, Inc., a worldwide marketing solutions partner, since 2010.
Mr. Quadracci joined Quad in 1991 and held positions of increasing responsibility, including Senior Vice President of Sales & Administration and President and Chief Operating Officer, before assuming his current role. He received a B.A. in Philosophy from Skidmore College in 1991.
