Shellye Archambeau served as a Class III director of Okta from December 2018 until the 2026 Annual Meeting; as disclosed in Okta's 2026 proxy statement she was not nominated for re-election, and she signed Okta's fiscal 2026 Annual Report on Form 10-K as a director on March 5, 2026. During her tenure she chaired the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and served on the Audit Committee, where Okta's board determined she was an audit committee financial expert.
She is the former Chief Executive Officer of MetricStream, Inc., a governance, risk and compliance software company, a role she held from 2002 until 2018. Earlier she served as Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Sales at Loudcloud, Inc., Chief Marketing Officer of NorthPoint Communications Group, Inc., and President of Blockbuster Inc.'s e-commerce division, and she held domestic and international executive positions during a 15-year career at IBM.
She holds a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
