Greg Henslee serves as Affiliated Director and Executive Chairman of the Board of O'Reilly Automotive, Inc. He was Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 2005 to 2018 and President from 2012 to 2017, after serving as Co-President from 1999 to 2012. He brings more than 40 years of leadership and operational experience in the automotive aftermarket industry, and during his tenure he led the Company through the largest acquisition in its history, expanding O'Reilly into the western U.S.
David O'Reilly serves as Affiliated Director and Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of O'Reilly Automotive, Inc. He was Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 1993 to 2005 and President from 1993 to 1999, after serving as Vice President from 1975 to 1993. He brings more than 50 years of leadership and operational experience in the automotive aftermarket industry and led the Company through its initial public offering.
