Francisco D'Souza has served on MongoDB's board of directors since November 2019. He is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Recognize Partners, a position he has held since November 2019.
He co-founded Cognizant Technology Solutions in 1994 and served as its Chief Executive Officer from January 2007 to March 2019, a period during which revenue grew roughly 10x from $1.4 billion in 2006 to $16.1 billion in 2018 and headcount grew from 39,000 to 282,000, with Cognizant entering the Fortune 200. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Macau and an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University.
