Gili Iohan has served as an independent director on monday.com's board of directors since June 9, 2021. Since 2018 she has been a partner at ION Crossover Partners, an Israeli-based cross-over fund, and has been a Partner of Cato Networks since 2024. Ms. Iohan currently serves on the boards of Varonis Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: VRNS) and Fiverr International Ltd. (Nasdaq: FVRR), as well as Aqua Security Ltd. and Lusha Ltd., and previously served on the board of SimilarWeb Ltd. (NYSE: SMWB) until 2024. She holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University and is a licensed certified public accountant.
