Adi Dar has served as monday.com's Chief Customer Officer since 2025, and prior to that served as Chief Operating Officer since 2024. He previously served as the CEO of ELOP, an electro-optics subsidiary of Elbit Systems (Nasdaq: ESLT), and before ELOP he founded and led Elbit Systems' Intelligence and Cyber division. Adi is also the founder of Cyberbit, a cybersecurity company. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from Tel Aviv University, Israel.
