Jean-Philippe Courtois has served on the ManpowerGroup board since 2020 and sits on its Audit Committee. Based in Paris, he spent more than three decades at Microsoft, most recently as Executive Vice President and President of National Transformation Partnerships, bringing deep global enterprise sales and technology experience to the board.

John F. Ferraro joined the ManpowerGroup board in 2016 and chairs its Audit Committee. He spent his career at Ernst & Young, serving as Global Chief Operating Officer from 2007 to 2015 and as a member of the firm's Global Executive Board for more than a decade, giving the board deep expertise in finance, global operations and risk management.

William P. Gipson has been a ManpowerGroup director since 2020 and serves on the People, Culture and Compensation Committee. He spent more than thirty years at Procter & Gamble, most recently as President, Enterprise Packaging Transformation, and also served for eight years as the company's Corporate Chief Diversity Officer.

Julie M. Howard is ManpowerGroup's Lead Director, having joined the board in 2016; she chairs the People, Culture and Compensation Committee and serves on the Governance and Sustainability Committee. She was Chief Executive Officer of Riveron from 2021 to 2023 and Chief Executive Officer of Navigant Consulting from 2012 to 2019, where she also served as Chair of the Board.

Ulice Payne, Jr. has served on the ManpowerGroup board since 2007 and sits on the Audit and Governance and Sustainability Committees. He is President and Managing Member of Addison-Clifton, a global trade compliance advisory firm, and was previously Chief Executive Officer of the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club and a partner at the law firm Foley & Lardner.

Muriel Pénicaud joined the ManpowerGroup board in 2022 and serves on the People, Culture and Compensation Committee. She served as Minister of Labor of the Republic of France from 2017 to 2020 and as France's Permanent Representative to the OECD from 2020 to 2022, and earlier held senior human resources leadership roles at Danone Group and Dassault Systemes.

Paul Read has been a ManpowerGroup director since 2014 and serves on the Audit Committee. He was President Global Technology Business and Chief Operating Officer of Ingram Micro from 2013 to 2016, and earlier served as Chief Financial Officer of Flextronics International from 2008 to 2013.

Elizabeth P. Sartain has served on the ManpowerGroup board since 2010 and sits on the People, Culture and Compensation Committee. An independent human resources advisor since 2008, she was previously Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Yahoo! Inc. from 2001 to 2008 and held various roles at Southwest Airlines from 1988 to 2001, including Vice President of People.

Michael J. Van Handel joined the ManpowerGroup board in 2017 and chairs the Governance and Sustainability Committee. He spent more than twenty years at ManpowerGroup, serving as Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2016 and as Senior Executive Vice President from 2016 to 2017.

Jonas Prising is Chair and Chief Executive Officer of ManpowerGroup, having served as CEO since May 2014 and as Chair since December 2015. He joined the company in 1999, has held a series of senior leadership roles including ManpowerGroup President, and has been a director since May 2014.

Becky Frankiewicz is President and Chief Strategy Officer of ManpowerGroup, a role she assumed in June 2025 after serving as Regional President, North America and Chief Commercial Officer. She joined ManpowerGroup in July 2017 from PepsiCo, where she was General Manager of Quaker Foods North America.

John T. McGinnis is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ManpowerGroup, a position he has held since February 2016. Before joining the company he was Global Controller of Morgan Stanley and earlier served as Chief Financial Officer of HSBC North America.

Michelle S. Nettles is Executive Vice President, Chief People and Legal Officer of ManpowerGroup, and has served as Corporate Secretary since October 2025. She joined the company in July 2019 and previously was Chief People and Diversity Officer of Molson Coors Brewing Company.

Eric Rozek is Vice President, Global Controller of ManpowerGroup and serves as the company's principal accounting officer, a role he assumed in March 2024. He previously was Finance Director of ManpowerGroup Canada and Director of Global Accounting and Controls, and earlier worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
