John F. Ferraro joined the ManpowerGroup board in 2016 and chairs its Audit Committee. He spent his career at Ernst & Young, serving as Global Chief Operating Officer from 2007 to 2015 and as a member of the firm's Global Executive Board for more than a decade, giving the board deep expertise in finance, global operations and risk management.
