Ms. Edwards has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer since February 19, 2025, and as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer from April 8, 2024 to February 19, 2025. Prior to joining Lincoln Electric she served as Global Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Sealed Air Corporation, a global manufacturer of packaging solutions, from 2017 until 2022. She is one of the Company's named executive officers.
