N. Joy Falotico joined the Lincoln Electric board in 2025 and serves on the Audit and Nominating and Corporate Governance committees. She is the former President of The Lincoln Motor Company, Ford Motor Company's luxury vehicle division, a position she held from March 2018 to November 2022, where she led the brand's global operations spanning product development, marketing, sales and service.
Ms. Falotico also served as Ford Motor Company's Chief Marketing Officer from March 2018 until January 2021, and earlier as Chief Executive Officer of Ford Motor Credit Company, the automaker's financial services arm, from October 2016 to February 2018, having served as Chief Operating Officer before that. The board has determined that her experience qualifies her as an audit committee financial expert.
