Bonnie J. Fetch has served as a director of Lincoln Electric since 2023, sitting on the Compensation and Executive Development and Finance committees. She is Executive Vice President and President—Global Operations for Cummins Inc., a global power technology solutions leader, a role she has held since March 2025.
Ms. Fetch joined Cummins in 2018 and previously served as Vice President and President—Distribution Business Unit, Vice President, Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing, Vice President—Global Distribution SC Services, and Executive Director, Global Distribution Business Supply Chain. Before Cummins, she spent 20 years at Caterpillar, Inc. in roles including Human Resources Director and Chief Learning Officer and several General Manager positions.
