Kevin J. Whaley is Executive Vice President, President, Global Automation of Lincoln Electric, a role he assumed in February 2026 after serving as Senior Vice President, President, Global Automation from July 2025.
Before joining Lincoln Electric, Mr. Whaley served as Chief Strategy Officer of JR Automation Group, an industry leader in multi-vertical automation solutions, from March 2025 to July 2025, and as Chief Operating Officer of JR Automation Group from March 2021 to February 2025. He earlier served as Vice President of the ESYS (Detroit) Division at JR Automation from August 2019 to February 2021.
