George P. Scanlon has been a director of Landstar System since May 2017 and is currently a private investor. From 2010 to 2013 he was Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF), the nation's largest title insurance company, after serving as its Chief Operating Officer earlier in 2010.
He was Executive Vice President-Finance of Fidelity National Information Services from 2009 to 2010 and its Chief Financial Officer from 2008 to 2009, and previously served as Chief Financial Officer at several companies across real estate, technology and data services. Earlier he worked approximately 18 years for Ryder System, Inc. in financial, audit and strategic roles, and was an accountant at Price Waterhouse.
