His background includes serving as Chief Executive Officer of Covanta Holding Corporation, a leading provider of sustainable waste and energy solutions that was listed on the NYSE during his tenure.
As CEO of Covanta from 2004 to 2015 he actively supervised the principal financial and accounting officer and helped oversee the preparation, auditing and evaluation of the company's financial statements. He holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from Seton Hall University.
