Kirk L. Perry was President and Chief Executive Officer of Circana, a global provider of technology, data, and predictive analytics for the consumer, retail, and media sectors, from May 2021 to February 2025. Before that he spent seven years as President, Brand Solutions at Google Inc., and twenty-three years at The Procter & Gamble Company, where his roles included President, Global Family Care from 2011 to 2013.
Mr. Perry joined the Smucker board in 2017 and serves on the Nominating Committee. He remains a director of Circana (since 2021), a board member of Chick-fil-A, Inc. (since 2022), and a director of Kenvue Inc. (since 2024); he previously served on the boards of e.l.f. Beauty (2016-2022) and Hillerich & Bradsby Co. (2013-2016).
