Mercedes Abramo has served as Regional Chief Executive Officer for North America of Ralph Lauren Corporation, a global luxury lifestyle products company, since March 2025. Before joining Ralph Lauren she was Deputy Chief Commercial Officer of Cartier International SA, capping a long tenure at the jewelry house that included roles of increasing responsibility such as President and Chief Executive Officer of North America; Vice President, Retail, North America; and Director of Cartier's Fifth Avenue Mansion U.S. flagship.
Earlier in her career she spent roughly five years with Tiffany & Co. in various director-level positions and six years in management roles across luxury hotels. A founding member of Chief, a private network for women leaders in the C-suite, Ms. Abramo joined the Smucker board in 2023 and serves on the Audit Committee.
