Diana D. Tremblay serves as Chair of Itron's Board of Directors and has been a director since 2015. She is Chief Executive Officer of Riverhawk Consulting, LLC, a role she has held since September 2017, and has also served as an Operating Partner at Castle Creek Capital since October 2022. She spent more than 40 years at General Motors, where she served as Vice President of Manufacturing and Global Business Services and held roles as an engineer, plant manager, head of manufacturing, and lead labor relations negotiator. Thomas L. Deitrich is President and Chief Executive Officer of Itron and has served on the Board since 2019. He is a technology industry executive with more than 20 years of executive experience in the global technology industry, with expertise in industrial IoT, networking, and smart utility management, as well as product management, research and development, supply chain management, and business development across the industrial equipment, telecommunications, and semiconductor industries. He has served as a director of ON Semiconductor Corporation since 2020 and has been appointed as chair of its board, expected to become effective after its 2026 annual meeting.
Scott D. Drury joined Itron's Board in 2025 and is a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. He is the retired Chief Executive Officer of Southern California Gas Company, a position he held from January 2021 to December 2024, and brings nearly 40 years of experience in the electric and natural gas utility industry. He has served in senior leadership roles across supply chain, transmission and distribution, safety emergency management, and operations, with more than 15 years of executive leadership experience including CEO and president roles.
Sheri L. Savage joined Itron's Board in 2025 and is a member of the Audit/Finance Committee. She is Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Ultra Clean Holding, Inc. (UCT), a role she has held since July 2016. She has more than 30 years of experience in strategic financial leadership, with positions including CFO, interim CEO, CAO, and senior vice president of finance, and has worked for global companies including Ultra Clean Holding, Credence Systems Corporation, Protiviti, and KLA-Tencor Corporation. Her expertise spans accounting, treasury, equity, financial planning and analysis, internal audit, investor relations, and mergers and acquisitions.
Frank M. Jaehnert has served on Itron's Board since 2015, where he is Chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. He is the retired President and CEO of Brady Corporation and brings 17 years of executive leadership experience in the manufacturing sector as a former CEO, president, and vice president, along with deep financial expertise as an SEC financial expert and former CFO. He has served as a board member at Nordson Corporation since February 2012 and was one of the first professionals to become NACD Directorship Certified.
Jerome J. Lande has served on Itron's Board since 2015 and is a member of the Audit/Finance Committee and the Compensation Committee. Timothy M. Leyden has served on Itron's Board since 2015 and is Chair of the Audit/Finance Committee. He is a retired senior executive of Western Digital and brings more than 43 years of executive management experience across diverse sectors, including CIO, CFO, and COO roles. His career spans U.S. and U.K. multinationals with teams in Europe, Asia, and the Americas, and includes a strong background in executing mergers and company integrations. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Santiago Perez has served on Itron's Board since 2021, where he is Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee. He has been CEO of The Hiller Companies since March 2023, was previously CEO of Keter Environmental Services, LLC from January 2022 to June 2022, and served as a Senior Advisor at Arsenal Capital Partners in 2021.
