William Wade, Jr. has served as a member of Goosehead's Board of Directors since April 2025 and chairs its Audit Committee.
He has over 25 years of experience as a senior partner and consultant at Bain & Company, specializing in leveraging emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to drive innovation and growth, working with corporations and private equity firms to optimize performance through digital transformations and agile operating models. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar and Siebel Scholar, and bachelor's and master's degrees in accountancy from Brigham Young University.
