Ms. Austin has served as a member of our board of directors since May 2021 and was elected Chairperson of the Board effective December 2025. Since December 2004 she has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Austin Investment Advisors, a private investment and consulting firm, and she has previously held executive positions including President and CEO of Move Networks, Inc., President and CEO of DIRECTV, Inc., and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hughes Electronics Corporation. She currently serves on the boards of directors of several public companies including Verizon Communications, Inc., CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc., and AbbVie, Inc., and is a former partner of Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Mr. Gandhi has served on our board of directors since December 2019. Since June 2008, he has served as a partner of Accel, a venture capital firm, where he focuses on consumer, software and services companies, and he currently serves on the board of directors of CrowdStrike as well as several privately-held companies. He holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Pelzer has served on our board of directors since July 2023. He currently serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Spotnana, a provider of modern travel infrastructure, a position he has held since January 2025, and previously served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of F5, Inc. from May 2018 to November 2024 and as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Cloud Business Group at SAP. Since March 2025, he has served on the board of directors of NetApp, Inc., and he previously served on the boards of Duck Creek Technologies, Inc. and Benefitfocus, Inc.

Mr. Woodside has served as our Chief Executive Officer since May 2024 and as our President and as a member of our board of directors since September 2022. He served on the board of directors for ServiceNow, Inc. from April 2018 to August 2022, served as President of Impossible Foods Inc. from March 2019 until August 2022, served as Chief Operating Officer of Dropbox, Inc. from April 2014 to September 2018, and served as Chief Executive Officer for Motorola Mobility LLC from May 2012 to April 2014. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Relations from Cornell University and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.

Ms. Taylor has served on our board of directors since September 2021. Since September 2025, she has served as Chief Executive Officer of Mixpanel, a product analytics platform, and previously served as President of Plaid Inc. from February 2024 to July 2025 and as Chief Product Officer and Senior Vice President of Products at Cloudflare, Inc. from June 2017 until December 2023. She holds a B.A. in Public Policy from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Ms. Flower has served on our board of directors since February 2020. She served as Chief Marketing Officer of CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. from January 2022 until November 2022, a role she previously held from November 2014 to August 2020, and she has served on the board of directors of CrowdStrike since January 2023. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Brighton University, United Kingdom, and also serves on the boards of several privately-held companies.

Mr. Gottfried has served on our board of directors since September 2018. He served as Chief Financial Officer of AppDynamics, Inc. from January 2015 to April 2017, served on the board of directors of Sumo Logic, Inc. from January 2019 until May 2023, and since August 2021 has served on the board of directors of Attentive Mobile, Inc. He holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. in Strategy and Marketing from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.

Mr. Padgett has served on our board of directors since February 2020. Since April 2025, he has served as the Chief Growth Officer of SentinelOne, and he previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Amperity, Inc. from February 2022 to May 2024, as Chief Operating Officer of Amperity from May 2020 to February 2022, as Chief Revenue Officer for Stripe, Inc. from April 2019 to April 2020, and as President of SAP from January 2016 to March 2019. He holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Union College, an M.B.A. from the University of New South Wales, and an M.S. in Software Engineering from the University of Oxford.

Mr. Mathrubootham served as our Executive Chairman, a role he transitioned into effective May 1, 2024. He retired from his position as our Executive Chairman effective December 1, 2025.

Mr. Sloat has served as our Chief Operating Officer since August 2024 and as our Chief Financial Officer since April 2020. From September 2010 to April 2020, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Zuora, Inc., a subscription service management software company. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and is also a registered (inactive) Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.

Mr. Tickle was appointed to serve as our Chief Revenue Officer in March 2026, having previously served as our Chief of Global Field Operations from June 2025 to March 2026 and as our SVP and General Manager, International from July 2024 to June 2025. He served as Executive Vice President, International of Matillion from May 2023 to July 2024, and from 2016 to 2023 held various leadership roles at Domo, Inc., including President, Revenue & Field Operations and Chief Revenue Officer and General Manager. Prior to that, he served as Vice President EMEA, SaaS Solutions for Oracle Corporation.

Ms. Yamamoto served as our Chief Integrated Customer Growth Officer from January 1, 2026 to March 2, 2026, and as our Chief Customer and Marketing Officer from November 2023 through December 2025. She was expected to remain with the Company until April 2, 2026 in an advisory capacity to facilitate the transition of her responsibilities.
