Mr. Vaillancourt has served as Enpro's President and Chief Executive Officer since November 2021, having served as Interim President and CEO since August 2021 and previously as President of Enpro's Sealing Technologies segment, President of the STEMCO division, and President of the Garlock division. He joined the company in 2009 and before that held positions of increasing responsibility at Bluelinx Corporation, lastly as Regional Vice President North-Sales and Distribution. He serves on the board of Federal Signal Corporation and is the only director employed by the company. He received a B.S. in Business Management from Empire State College and completed the Harvard Management Program in 2014.
Mr. Abbey's career has focused on the global semiconductor industry. Since April 2023 he has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Arm Limited, having previously served as its Senior Vice President of Sales and Partner Enablement since 2017 and held various leadership roles since joining Arm in 2004. Earlier he worked in product management positions at Celoxica, Infineon Technologies, and Loughborough Sound Images. He earned a B.Eng. from Sheffield Hallam University in England.
Ms. Aden has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Cavco Industries, Inc., a producer of factory-built housing, since August 2021. She previously served as EVP and CFO of Diversified Technologies LLC and of Schweitzer-Mauduit International, Inc., and held key financial management positions with Americold Realty Trust, Brambles Limited, LNR Property Corporation, and PRG-Schultz International. She is a Certified Public Accountant and received a B.S.B.A. in Finance and an M.B.A. from the University of Missouri. The board has determined she is an audit committee financial expert.
Mr. Botts retired from Royal Dutch Shell on December 31, 2012 as Executive Vice President, Global Manufacturing of Shell Downstream Inc., where he was responsible for Shell's global refineries and chemical complexes. He joined Shell in 1977 and served in various corporate and operating roles, including EVP for exploration and production in Europe from 2003 to 2009. He chairs Enpro's Compensation and Human Resources Committee and the board anticipates appointing him Chairman of the Board following the 2026 annual meeting. He received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Wyoming.
Mr. Brueck is a Director Emeritus of McKinsey & Company, Inc., where he was a Director prior to his 2012 retirement. During a nearly 30-year career at McKinsey he specialized in operational and organizational transformations in technologically complex industries, led the firm's Manufacturing Practice in the Americas and its Organizational Effectiveness Practice in the Americas, and was a founder of its Performance Transformation Practice. Before McKinsey he worked as an engineer for Robert Bosch GmbH. He holds a Dipl. Ing. in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and a Master's in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Ms. Gulfo served as Chief Executive Officer, Biopharma Commercial Unit for Sumitomo Pharma America from July 2023 to September 2024, and previously as Chief Business and Commercial Development Officer at Sumitovant Biopharma from 2019 to 2023. She earlier served as EVP and Head of Global Commercial Development for Mylan N.V. and spent five years at Pfizer Inc. in executive roles including President and General Manager, U.S. Primary Care. She currently serves on the boards of NewAmsterdam Pharma Company N.V. and Tyra Biosciences, Inc. She holds a B.S. in Biology from Seton Hall University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Mr. Humphrey served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Roper Technologies, Inc. from 2011 to May 2017, retiring from Roper in December 2017, after serving as its Vice President and CFO from 2006 to 2011. Earlier he was Vice President and CFO of Honeywell Aerospace and held financial positions with Honeywell International and its predecessor AlliedSignal. He chairs Enpro's Audit and Risk Management Committee and serves on the boards of Ingersoll Rand Inc. and O-I Glass, Inc. He received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Michigan.
Ms. Reinsdorf served from March 2007 until her November 2017 retirement as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Johnson Controls International plc (known as Tyco International plc until September 2016). She previously served as General Counsel and Secretary of C.R. Bard, Inc., Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Pharmacia Corporation, and Chief Legal Counsel of Monsanto Company. She chairs Enpro's Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and serves on the boards of Nurix Therapeutics, Inc. and Toll Brothers, Inc. She received a B.A. from the University of Rochester and a J.D. from Cornell Law School.
Mr. Bruderek serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Enpro. He joined the company on January 8, 2024, was appointed Executive Vice President effective on that date, and became Chief Financial Officer effective April 1, 2024. He is one of Enpro's named executive officers.
Mr. McLean serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Enpro and also serves as Chief Administrative Officer. He served as Secretary of Enpro until November 5, 2024. He is one of Enpro's named executive officers.
