Caroline was appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary in November 2025 after having served as VP Legal - Corporate & Securities since June 2022 and previously, Corporate Associate Attorney since February 2014. In her prior roles, she advised management, the businesses and other functions on a broad range of legal matters, including capital markets transactions, public company reporting and governance, credit facility and treasury matters, and sustainability disclosure. Prior to joining Element Solutions, Caroline practiced law at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Shearman & Sterling (now A&O Shearman) in Paris, France and New York, NY.
She holds an LL.M. degree from Tulane University Law School and a Master of Business and International Laws (D.E.A) and J.D. equivalent from University of Panthéon-Assas (Paris II), France.
