Ben was appointed as President in July 2020 in addition to Chief Executive Officer and director in January 2019. Ben served as Element Solutions’ Executive Vice President - Operations and Strategy from April 2016, Chief Operating Officer from October 2015, Vice President - Corporate Development, Finance and Investor Relations from January 2015, and Director of Corporate Development from May 2014. He joined the company from General Atlantic, a global growth-oriented private equity firm. Earlier in his career, Ben worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs & Co.
He holds an A.B. Cum Laude from Princeton University and an M.B.A with distinction from Columbia Business School.
