Richard K. Sykes is the independent Chairman of Dycom's Board of Directors and a director since 2018. He is a former Senior Partner of McKinsey & Company, where he was a management consultant from 1996 until his retirement in 2017, serving industrial, consumer and healthcare clients on enterprise transformation, strategy and operations and holding firm-level leadership roles including Managing Partner of McKinsey's Midwest Office; he chairs Dycom's Corporate Governance Committee.

Philip R. Gallagher has served on Dycom's Board since October 7, 2025. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Avnet, Inc., a global distributor of electronic components, a role he has held since November 2020, following a 38-year Avnet career spanning sales, marketing and operations, including Global President of Technology Solutions and President of Electronic Components.

Stephen O. LeClair joined Dycom's Board on November 7, 2025. He previously served as Executive Chair and Chair of the Board of Core & Main, Inc., where he had been Chief Executive Officer from 2017 to 2025, and earlier led HD Supply Waterworks and served as Chief Operating Officer and President of HD Supply; he also serves on the board of AAON, Inc.

Peter T. Pruitt, Jr., a Certified Public Accountant, has served on Dycom's Board since 2018 and chairs its Audit Committee. He retired in 2019 as a Senior Partner of Deloitte & Touche LLP after a 41-year Deloitte career, during which he held multiple firm-level leadership roles including Office Managing Partner for Florida and Puerto Rico.

Raejeanne Skillern was appointed to Dycom's Board on March 24, 2026. She served as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Amazon Web Services from 2023 until her 2025 retirement, was previously President of the Communications, Enterprise & Cloud Divisions of Flex, Ltd., and earlier spent about 25 years at Intel Corporation in cloud and data-center leadership roles; she also serves on the board of Jabil, Inc.

Jennifer M. Fritzsche has served on Dycom's Board since 2020 and chairs its Compensation Committee. She is a Managing Director at Mizuho Greenhill and a Senior Industry and Innovation Fellow at Georgetown University, and she spent 1995 to 2020 at Wells Fargo Securities and its predecessors, most recently as a Managing Director and Senior Equity Analyst covering the telecommunications, cable and communications-infrastructure sectors.

Carmen M. Sabater, a Certified Public Accountant, has served on Dycom's Board since 2022. She has been Chief Financial Officer of Quirch Foods Parent, LLC since 2002 and was previously Controller and then Chief Financial Officer of MasTec, Inc. and an auditor and Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche.

Eitan Gertel has served on Dycom's Board since 2016. He was Chief Executive Officer and a director of Finisar Corporation from 2008 to 2015 and CEO and Chairman of Optium Corporation from 2004 to 2008, and earlier a Corporate Vice President and General Manager at JDS Uniphase; he currently serves as Executive Chairman of the privately held Opsys Technologies.

Daniel S. Peyovich has served as Dycom Industries' President and Chief Executive Officer since November 2024, having previously been the company's President, its President and Chief Operating Officer, and its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer after joining Dycom in January 2021 as Executive Vice President of Operations. Before joining Dycom he spent 21 years in leadership roles at Balfour Beatty Construction, including President of its Northwest Division from 2014 to 2021. He has also served as a (non-independent) member of Dycom's Board of Directors since 2024.

Kevin M. Wetherington has been Dycom's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since October 2024. Before joining Dycom he was Chief Health, Safety, Environment, Security and Quality Officer at Baker Hughes Company, where he held various senior positions including President, North America Region, from 2017 to 2019, and earlier served in senior roles at Weatherford International from 2005 to 2010.

H. Andrew DeFerrari has served as Dycom's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since April 2008. He previously served as the company's Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer from November 2005 to April 2008 and as Financial Controller from July 2004 to November 2005, and was earlier a senior audit manager with Ernst & Young Americas, LLC.

Jill L. Ramshaw joined Dycom in February 2025 as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer and was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in March 2026. Before joining Dycom she was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Marathon Oil Corporation, and she holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Aberdeen and a Human Resources Management diploma from Robert Gordon University.

Ryan F. Urness has served as Dycom's General Counsel since October 2018 (as Senior Vice President and General Counsel since April 2025) and as Corporate Secretary since May 2019. Before joining Dycom he was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of USI Building Solutions from 2016 to 2018 and, prior to that, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Speed Commerce, Inc.
