Blair has served as Danaher's President and Chief Executive Officer since September 2020. Since joining Danaher in 2010 he has held a series of progressively more responsible general management positions (a Danaher officer since 2014), including Vice President - Group Executive from 2014 to 2017 and Executive Vice President from 2017 to 2020. He brings broad operating experience across diverse end-markets and geographies, deep knowledge of the Danaher Business System, and leadership experience from his service in the U.S. Army, and currently serves on the board of Nestle.

Dewan has been Chief Executive Officer of Arena Holdings Management LLC, an investment holding company, since 2016. He previously held a series of positions at Tiger Global Management from 2003 to 2015, most recently as Head of Public Equities, and was a Private Equity Associate at Silver Lake Partners from 2002 to 2003. He brings extensive technology-industry experience in valuation, investments and acquisitions, financial reporting, risk management and capital allocation, and previously served on the board of Fortive Corporation.

Rales is a co-founder of Danaher and has served as Chairman of its Executive Committee since 1984; he was also President of the Company from 1984 to 1990. He is a brother of Steven M. Rales, and his strategic vision helped create the Danaher Business System. He chairs both the Executive and Finance Committees, holds a substantial ownership stake in Danaher, and previously served on the boards of Fortive Corporation and Enovis Corporation. He also serves on the board of ESAB Corporation.

Zerhouni has served as President and Vice Chairman of the Board of OPKO Health since May 2022; he was chairman and co-founder of ModeX Therapeutics from 2020 until its acquisition by OPKO in 2022. He previously served as President, Global Research & Development for Sanofi S.A. from 2011 to 2018, as director of the National Institutes of Health from 2002 to 2008, and earlier as Chair of the Department of Radiology at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. A physician and world-renowned radiology researcher, he chairs Danaher's Science & Technology Committee.
