Blair has served as Danaher's President and Chief Executive Officer since September 2020. Since joining Danaher in 2010 he has held a series of progressively more responsible general management positions (a Danaher officer since 2014), including Vice President - Group Executive from 2014 to 2017 and Executive Vice President from 2017 to 2020. He brings broad operating experience across diverse end-markets and geographies, deep knowledge of the Danaher Business System, and leadership experience from his service in the U.S. Army, and currently serves on the board of Nestle.

Dewan has been Chief Executive Officer of Arena Holdings Management LLC, an investment holding company, since 2016. He previously held a series of positions at Tiger Global Management from 2003 to 2015, most recently as Head of Public Equities, and was a Private Equity Associate at Silver Lake Partners from 2002 to 2003. He brings extensive technology-industry experience in valuation, investments and acquisitions, financial reporting, risk management and capital allocation, and previously served on the board of Fortive Corporation.

Filler retired as President of Retail Products, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Merchandising Officer at Walgreen Co. in April 2017. She previously served as President, North America of Claire's Stores, in Executive Vice President roles at Walmart and Kraft Foods, and in CEO roles for Hanesbrands' largest branded apparel businesses. She serves as Danaher's Lead Independent Director and chair of the Nominating & Governance Committee, and sits on the boards of The Carlyle Group and Veralto Corporation.

Lamanna is Executive Vice President, Agents and Business Apps at Microsoft Corporation, where he drives product innovation in AI-powered business applications, low-code platforms and autonomous agents, overseeing Business Apps and Agents and the Office 365 Services and Copilot platforms. He joined Microsoft in 2009 and earlier played a key role in developing Microsoft Azure's infrastructure. From 2012 to 2013 he was founder and CEO of MetricsHub, an early public cloud management solution that Microsoft acquired in 2013.

List served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Gap Inc. from January 2017 to March 2020, and previously as CFO of Dick's Sporting Goods and of Kraft Foods Group. From 1994 to 2013 she held progressively senior accounting and finance roles at The Procter & Gamble Company, most recently Senior Vice President and Treasurer, and earlier spent nearly ten years at Deloitte & Touche. She chairs Danaher's Compensation Committee and serves on its Audit Committee, and sits on the boards of Microsoft, Visa and lululemon athletica.

Rales is a co-founder of Danaher and has served as Chairman of its Executive Committee since 1984; he was also President of the Company from 1984 to 1990. He is a brother of Steven M. Rales, and his strategic vision helped create the Danaher Business System. He chairs both the Executive and Finance Committees, holds a substantial ownership stake in Danaher, and previously served on the boards of Fortive Corporation and Enovis Corporation. He also serves on the board of ESAB Corporation.

Rales is a co-founder of Danaher and has served as its Chairman of the Board since 1984; he was also CEO of the Company from 1984 to 1990 and continues to serve as an executive officer. He is a brother of Mitchell P. Rales and owns approximately 6% of Danaher's outstanding shares. His strategic vision and leadership helped create the Danaher Business System, and he previously served on the board of Fortive Corporation.

Sanders held a series of progressively more responsible leadership positions at Verizon Communications from 1997 until December 2022, most recently as Senior Vice President of Business Transformation and earlier as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance, and helped implement the Verizon Enterprise Security Council focused on cybersecurity and IT security risk management. He earlier served in finance roles at Hallmark Cards and Safelite Group and began his career at Grant Thornton in 1984. He chairs Danaher's Audit Committee and serves on the board of Commvault.

Spoon served as Partner Emeritus of Polaris Partners from 2016 to 2018, Managing General Partner from 2000 to 2010 and Partner from 2000 to 2018. He previously served as president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer of one of the country's largest publicly-traded education and media companies. He brings public-company leadership and private-equity perspective on technology and life-science trends, acquisition strategy and financing, and has served on the boards of Cable One, Match Group, Fortive Corporation, Ralliant Corp and IAC.

Stevens has served as Chief Executive Officer and a director of Structure Therapeutics (formerly ShouTi), a biotechnology company, since May 2019. He was Provost Professor of Biological Sciences and Chemistry and founder of The Bridge Institute at the University of Southern California from 2014 to 2021, and Professor of Molecular Biology and Chemistry at The Scripps Research Institute from 1999 to 2014. A pioneer in human cellular behavior research, he has helped create breakthrough drugs targeting influenza, childhood diseases, neuromuscular disorders and diabetes, and chairs Danaher's Science & Technology Committee.

Zerhouni has served as President and Vice Chairman of the Board of OPKO Health since May 2022; he was chairman and co-founder of ModeX Therapeutics from 2020 until its acquisition by OPKO in 2022. He previously served as President, Global Research & Development for Sanofi S.A. from 2011 to 2018, as director of the National Institutes of Health from 2002 to 2008, and earlier as Chair of the Department of Radiology at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. A physician and world-renowned radiology researcher, he chairs Danaher's Science & Technology Committee.

McGrew serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Danaher and is a named executive officer. His annual incentive goals span Danaher's earnings-per-share guidance, cost reductions, capital deployment and capital expenditures, core revenue growth, operating profit margin expansion and free cash flow, reflecting his enterprise-wide financial leadership role.

Riley serves as an Executive Vice President of Danaher and is a named executive officer with operating responsibility for a portion of the Company's business portfolio. His incentive goals cover core revenue growth, operating profit margin expansion, cash flow, on-time delivery, quality and innovation, and in 2025 he received a special equity grant with a target value of $5 million.

Sawyer Montgomery serves as an Executive Vice President of Danaher and is a named executive officer. Her incentive goals include cost reductions, revenue, quality, talent development and sustainability, along with innovation and AI initiatives, and in 2025 she received a special equity grant with a target value of $5 million.

Gutierrez-Ramos serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Science Officer of Danaher and is a named executive officer. His incentive goals center on cost reductions, revenue, M&A, AI, innovation and R&D, together with qualitative goals relating to talent development, succession planning and sustainability, reflecting his leadership of the Company's science and R&D agenda.
