Brian L. Roberts joined Comcast in 1981 and has served as Chairman since 2004 and CEO since 2002, having also been President from 1990 to 2022. Through his ownership of Class B common stock he holds sole voting power over 33 1/3% of the combined voting power of Comcast's voting common stock, and his deep company history and industry connections position him to guide the company's strategy and capital allocation.
Kenneth J. Bacon is a partner at RailField Partners, a financial advisory and asset management firm he joined in 2012, and previously served as Executive Vice President of the multifamily mortgage business at Fannie Mae from 2005 to 2012. He brings decades of executive experience across the financial services, real estate and housing industries and serves on Comcast's Governance and Corporate Responsibility Committee.
Thomas J. Baltimore, Jr. is Chairman, President and CEO of Park Hotels & Resorts, a lodging real estate investment trust, a role he has held since 2017, and previously led RLJ Lodging Trust. He draws on his experience running complex consumer-facing enterprises and his finance and M&A background to advise Comcast's Board, and serves on the Compensation and Human Capital Committee.
Madeline S. Bell is President and CEO of The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), a position she has held since 2015 after multiple leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer. She brings expertise in enterprise risk management, compliance and workforce strategy across a large, multidisciplinary organization, and serves on Comcast's Governance and Corporate Responsibility Committee.
Louise F. Brady is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the Piedmont Capital Partners venture capital firms and previously was Vice President of Investments at Wells Fargo Advisors. With over a decade of venture capital experience and a background in emerging technology investing, she contributes to the Board's evaluation of financial and strategic decisions and serves on the Compensation and Human Capital Committee.
Edward D. Breen is Chairman of DuPont de Nemours, having previously served as its Executive Chairman and CEO, and earlier was Chairman and CEO of Tyco International. As Comcast's Lead Independent Director he draws on his track record of complex separations, integrations and operational turnarounds and his prior leadership at Motorola and General Instrument, and serves on the Compensation and Human Capital Committee.
Michael J. Cavanagh became Co-CEO and a director of Comcast in January 2026, having served as President since 2022 and Chief Financial Officer from 2015 to 2023. Wonya Y. Lucas is the former President and CEO of Hallmark Media Networks (2020-2023) and previously led Public Broadcasting Atlanta and TV One. With wide-ranging experience in the media and entertainment sector, including roles at Turner Broadcasting and Discovery Communications, she brings deep expertise in consumer marketing and brand development and serves on Comcast's Audit Committee.
Asuka Nakahara is a partner at real estate advisory and investment firm Triton Atlantic Partners, which he co-founded in 2009, and a Practice Professor and Senior Fellow at the Wharton School, having previously spent nearly 20 years at Trammell Crow Company including as Chief Financial Officer. He brings financial, capital markets and M&A expertise and serves on Comcast's Audit Committee.
Gordon Smith is the former Co-President and Chief Operating Officer of JPMorgan Chase & Co. (2018-2022) and long-time leader of its Consumer and Community Banking franchise, and earlier held various leadership roles at American Express. He joined Comcast's Board in 2026, brings extensive operating and risk management experience leading technology-enabled, customer-facing businesses at scale, and serves on the Audit Committee.
