Javed Ahmed has served on the CF Industries Board since 2018 and sits on the compensation and management development and corporate governance and nominating committees. He served as chief executive officer of Tate & Lyle PLC, a global provider of food, beverage and industrial ingredients, from October 2009 until April 2018, and previously spent 17 years with Benckiser NV (later Reckitt Benckiser Group plc) in senior roles; he began his career with The Procter & Gamble Company and Bain & Co.

Robert C. Arzbaecher has served on the CF Industries Board since 2005 and serves on the audit and environmental sustainability and community committees; he is an audit committee financial expert. He was chief executive officer of Actuant Corporation from 2000 until January 2014 and interim president and CEO from August 2015 to March 2016, and served as chairman of Actuant's board; he is a certified public accountant and a director of Fiduciary Management, Inc. mutual funds.

Deborah L. DeHaas has served on the CF Industries Board since 2021 and chairs the audit committee while also serving on the environmental sustainability and community committee; she is an audit committee financial expert. She retired from Deloitte in September 2020 as a vice chairman and managing partner of the Center for Board Effectiveness after 18 years, and since November 2020 has been CEO of Corporate Leadership Center; she also serves on the board of Dover Corporation.

John W. Eaves has served on the CF Industries Board since 2017 and chairs the compensation and management development committee while also serving on the audit committee. He was executive chairman of Arch Resources, Inc. from April 2020 to May 2024 and president and CEO from 2012 to April 2020, with more than 30 years in the coal industry, and previously served on the boards of the National Association of Manufacturers and the National Mining Association.

Susan A. Ellerbusch has served on the CF Industries Board since October 2023 and chairs the environmental sustainability and community committee while also serving on the compensation and management development committee. She was chief executive officer of Air Liquide North America LLC and a member of Air Liquide's executive committee from September 2019 to January 2022, and earlier led Air Liquide Large Industries U.S. and held senior roles at BP, including president of BP Biofuels North America.

Jesus Madrazo Yris has served on the CF Industries Board since 2021 and serves on the corporate governance and nominating and environmental sustainability and community committees. He has been chief executive officer and president of Reiter Affiliated Companies, the world's largest fresh multi-berry producer, since November 2023, and previously held leadership roles at Bayer AG's Crop Science division and during 19 years at Monsanto Company; he is founder and chairman of Kompali Farms.

Anne P. Noonan has served on the CF Industries Board since 2015 and was elected to succeed Stephen J. Hagge as Chair of the Board effective at the 2026 annual meeting, serving on the compensation and management development and corporate governance and nominating committees. She was president and CEO of Summit Materials, Inc. from September 2020 to February 2025 and president and CEO of OMNOVA Solutions Inc. from December 2016 to April 2020, and since November 2025 has served on the board of Qnity Electronics.

Michael J. Toelle has served on the CF Industries Board since 2017 and chairs the corporate governance and nominating committee while serving on the environmental sustainability and community committee. He is the owner of T & T Farms, a director of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company since 2013, former board chairman and longtime board member of agribusiness cooperative CHS Inc., and since June 2020 a director of CIBO Technologies.

Theresa E. Wagler has served on the CF Industries Board since 2014 and serves on the audit and environmental sustainability and community committees; she is an audit committee financial expert. She has been chief financial officer and executive vice president of Steel Dynamics, Inc. since 2007 and 2009 respectively, serving as its principal accounting officer with oversight of IT and cybersecurity, human resources, strategy and decarbonization, having joined Steel Dynamics in 1998.

Celso L. White has served on the CF Industries Board since 2018 and serves on the corporate governance and nominating and environmental sustainability and community committees. He was global chief supply chain officer at Molson Coors Brewing Company from January 2013 to December 2019, and earlier was vice president and general manager of concentrate operations at Pepsi Cola; he co-founded consultancy Igniting Business Growth LLC and has served on the boards of Armada Acquisition Corp. I, II and III.

Christopher D. Bohn has served as CF Industries' president and chief executive officer since January 2026 and has been a member of the Board of Directors since February 2024. He joined CF Industries in 2009 and has held roles of increasing responsibility including executive vice president and chief operating officer (February 2024 to January 2026), executive vice president and chief financial officer, senior vice president and chief financial officer, and senior vice president of manufacturing and distribution; earlier he was chief financial officer of Hess Print Solutions and held a global financial planning role at Merisant Worldwide.

W. Anthony Will served as CF Industries' president and chief executive officer and was a member of the Board of Directors, and was a named executive officer for fiscal 2025. He retired as president and CEO effective January 4, 2026 (succeeded by Christopher D. Bohn) and thereafter served as an employee and senior advisor until March 15, 2026; he will retire from the Board at the 2026 annual meeting and is not standing for re-election.

Gregory D. Cameron served as CF Industries' executive vice president and chief financial officer from June 2024 and was a named executive officer for fiscal 2025; his separation from the company was effective February 15, 2026. He joined CF Industries from Bloom Energy Corporation, where he was president and chief financial officer, and earlier held senior finance and operating roles at General Electric Company, including president and CEO of GE Company Global Operations.

Andrew T. Scribner was elected executive vice president and chief financial officer (principal financial officer) of CF Industries effective May 26, 2026. He joined CF Industries from Kimberly-Clark Corporation, where he was vice president, global controller and head of corporate finance planning and analysis and previously CFO of Kimberly-Clark North America; earlier he held senior finance roles at The Gap, Inc. (including CFO of Athleta and of Banana Republic) and spent 13 years at The Kraft Heinz Company and predecessor Kraft Foods Group.

Richard A. Hoker has served as CF Industries' vice president and corporate controller and chief accounting officer since November 2007, and he also served as interim chief financial officer from February 15, 2026 until a permanent CFO was appointed. Before joining CF Industries he spent over 11 years with Sara Lee Corporation, where he was vice president and controller and principal accounting officer, and earlier was in the financial advisory services consulting group at Coopers & Lybrand LLP; he is a certified public accountant.

Bert A. Frost has served as CF Industries' executive vice president and chief commercial officer since January 2026, having previously been executive vice president of sales, market development and supply chain from July 2023 and holding sales and market development leadership roles since joining the company in November 2008. Before CF Industries he spent over 13 years with Archer Daniels Midland Company, most recently as managing director of international fertilizer/inputs, and he is a named executive officer for fiscal 2025.

Susan L. Menzel has served as CF Industries' executive vice president and chief administrative officer since July 2023 and was previously senior vice president of human resources from October 2017; she is a named executive officer for fiscal 2025. Prior to CF Industries she was executive vice president of human resources for CNO Financial Group, Inc. and held HR leadership roles at APAC Customer Services, Sears, Roebuck & Co. and Montgomery Ward & Co.

Michael P. McGrane has served as CF Industries' senior vice president, general counsel and secretary since January 2026, having joined the company in September 2011 and previously served as vice president, general counsel and secretary and as vice president and chief compliance officer. Before CF Industries he was an attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, concentrating on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and corporate governance.

Ashraf K. Malik has served as CF Industries' senior vice president of manufacturing and distribution since September 2019 and was previously vice president of site operations from January 2012. He informed the company he will retire effective April 1, 2026. Prior to CF Industries he was director of manufacturing for GrowHow UK Limited and earlier held engineering and operations management roles at Terra Industries Inc. and ICI plc.

Erik M. Mayer has served as CF Industries' vice president, clean energy and business development since January 2026, responsible for advancing the company's clean energy and decarbonization initiatives and new business development. He joined CF Industries in September 2005 and held roles of increasing responsibility at the Donaldsonville complex, including as overall project manager for the Donaldsonville Capacity Expansion Project from 2012 to 2016, and later served in clean energy solutions and clean ammonia growth vice president roles.

Linda M. Dempsey has served as CF Industries' vice president, public affairs since March 2020. Prior to joining CF Industries she was vice president, international economic affairs for the National Association of Manufacturers, where she represented the manufacturing sector on international trade, investment and regulatory policy, and earlier was vice president of the Emergency Committee for American Trade.
