Richard A. Hoker has served as CF Industries' vice president and corporate controller and chief accounting officer since November 2007 and also served as interim chief financial officer from February 15, 2026 until a permanent CFO was appointed.
Before joining CF Industries he spent over 11 years with Sara Lee Corporation and earlier was in the financial advisory services consulting group at Coopers & Lybrand LLP. He holds a B.S. in accounting from DePaul University and an M.B.A. in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago and is a certified public accountant.
