Neeraj Agrawal has served as a member of Braze's board of directors since April 2016 and is a General Partner of Battery Ventures, a venture capital firm, where he has worked since August 2000. He has served as a director of Sprinklr, Inc. since August 2011 and was previously a board member of Amplitude, Bazaarvoice, Coupa Software, Marketo, and Wayfair; he holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Computer Science from Cornell University.

Yvonne Wassenaar has served as a member of Braze's board of directors since June 2024 and was chief executive officer of Puppet, Inc., an IT automation software company, from January 2019 to May 2022. She currently serves on the boards of Arista Networks, JFrog, and Rubrik, and previously served on the boards of Anaplan, Forrester Research, and MuleSoft; she holds a B.A. in Economics from UCLA and an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Business.

Tara Walpert Levy has served as a member of Braze's board of directors since January 2020 and is the Vice President, Americas for YouTube, a position she has held since November 2021. She previously served as Vice President of Agency and Brand Solutions for Google from April 2017 to November 2021 and has been a director of Bloomin' Brands, Inc. since July 2013; she received her M.B.A. and B.A. from Harvard University.

David Obstler has served as a member of Braze's board of directors since May 2021 and is the Chief Financial Officer of Datadog, Inc., a position he has held since November 2018. He previously held CFO positions at TravelClick, OpenLink Financial, MSCI, and RiskMetrics Group, and earlier held investment banking positions at J.P. Morgan, Lehman Brothers, and Goldman Sachs; he received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and his B.A. from Yale University.

Phillip Fernandez has served as a member of Braze's board of directors since May 2019 and serves as Lead Independent Director. He co-founded Marketo, Inc., a marketing software company, in 2006 and served as its Chairman and CEO until retiring in 2016; previously he was President and COO of Epiphany, Inc. and COO of Red Brick Systems Inc., and he received his B.A. in History from Stanford University.

Fernando Machado has served as a member of Braze's board of directors since April 2023 and is currently an operating partner at Garnett Station Partners, LLC, an investment firm, since October 2023. He previously held Chief Marketing Officer roles at The NotCompany, Activision Blizzard, Restaurant Brands International, and Burger King; he holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD and a B.A. in Mechanical Engineering from UNICAMP (Brazil).

William Magnuson has served as Braze's Chief Executive Officer since January 2017, as President since June 2025, and as a member of the board of directors since August 2014, also serving as Chairman of the Board. He previously served as the company's Chief Technology Officer from July 2011 to December 2016 and received his Master of Engineering (MEng) and B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Isabelle Winkles has served as Braze's Chief Financial Officer since January 2020. Prior to joining Braze, she served as Vice President, Finance of Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. from April 2018 to January 2020 and as a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley & Co. from January 2016 to April 2018; she received her M.B.A. from Harvard University and her B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The company announced on April 28, 2026 that Ms. Winkles intends to resign as CFO on May 29, 2026.

Jonathan Hyman has served as Braze's Chief Technology Officer since December 2016. He previously served as the company's Chief Information Officer from July 2011 to December 2016 and received his A.B. in computer science from Harvard College.

Astha Malik has served as Braze's Chief Business Officer since June 2023, having previously served as the company's Chief Marketing Officer from June 2022 to June 2023. Prior to Braze she was Chief Operating Officer of VTEX from May 2021 to June 2022 and held multiple roles at Zendesk; she received her Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University and her M.S. from Florida International University, Chapman School of Business.

Edward McDonnell has served as Braze's Chief Revenue Officer since July 2025. Prior to Braze he was Chief Revenue Officer of Asana from August 2023 to July 2025 and held multiple senior sales and revenue leadership roles at Salesforce, including Executive Vice President of Sales and Chief Revenue Officer for Marketing Cloud Sales; he received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Rhode Island.

Susan Wiseman has served as Braze's General Counsel and Secretary since January 2016. She previously served as Managing Counsel, Commercial at Salesforce from August 2012 to December 2015 and received her J.D. from New York University School of Law and her B.S. from Northwestern University. The company announced on April 7, 2026 that Ms. Wiseman intends to retire on or before June 30, 2026.
