William Magnuson is President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Braze. He has served as the company's President since June 2025, as Chief Executive Officer since January 2017, and as a member of the board of directors since August 2014. He previously served as the company's Chief Technology Officer from July 2011 to December 2016. Mr. Magnuson received his Master of Engineering (MEng) and B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The board believes he is qualified to serve based on his experience building and leading the business and his insight into corporate matters as Chief Executive Officer.
