Patrick SmithCEOSince 1993

Patrick Smith has served as CEO and a director of Axon Enterprise since co-founding the company (formerly TASER International) in September 1993 with his brother Thomas P. Smith. A Harvard University graduate, he earned an M.B.A. with honors from the University of Chicago and a master's degree in international finance from the University of Leuven in Belgium. He is the visionary behind the company, brings extensive executive leadership experience in the technology industry, and currently holds 53 U.S. patents.

Michael GarnreiterChair of the BoardSince 2006

Michael Garnreiter serves as Chair of the Board of Axon. He most recently served as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Shamrock Foods until retiring in December 2015, and previously was Executive Vice President, Treasurer and CFO of the Main Street Restaurant Group and a managing director of Fenix Financial Forensics. He spent his early career at Arthur Andersen from 1974 through 2002, culminating as a partner, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has served on the boards of Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc. since 2003 and Amtech Systems, Inc. since 2007.

Erika Ayers Badan was CEO of Food52 from April 2024 to February 2026 and previously CEO of Barstool Sports from 2016 through January 2024, where she oversaw significant brand and business growth. Earlier she held executive roles at media platforms including Microsoft, AOL, Leaf Group (formerly Demand Media) and Yahoo!. She sits on the advisory boards of Vice Media Group and the Premier Lacrosse League, and previously served on the board of World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. from October 2020 to September 2022. She holds a B.S. in Sociology from Colby College.

Adriane Brown has been a Managing Director at Flying Fish Partners, a technology-focused venture capital firm, since 2020, after joining as a Venture Partner in 2018. She previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Intellectual Ventures from 2010 to 2017 and as President and CEO of Honeywell Transportation Systems, and spent 19 years at Corning, Inc. She serves on the boards of American Airlines Group Inc., eBay Inc. and KKR & Co Inc. She holds a B.A. from Old Dominion University and an M.A. in Management from MIT, where she was a Sloan Fellow.

Julie Cullivan has been a Special Advisor at Brighton Park Capital, a growth equity firm, since 2020, and is not standing for re-election at the 2026 Annual Meeting. She previously was Chief Technology and People Officer at Forescout Technologies, helping scale it through its IPO, and earlier held executive roles at FireEye, McAfee, Autodesk, EMC and Oracle. Caitlin Kalinowski most recently served as a Member of Technical Staff at OpenAI focusing on AI and robotics from November 2024 to March 2026. She previously led the AR Glasses Hardware team and earlier the VR Hardware team at Meta's Reality Labs division, and before that was a Product Design Engineer at Apple where she was a technical lead on the Mac Pro and MacBook Air. She is a director at the Institute of Contemporary Art in San Francisco and a strategic advisor to numerous startups. She holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.

Matthew McBradyDirectorSince 2016

Matthew McBrady, Ph.D., was appointed Chief Financial Officer of GoBrands, Inc. (parent of Gopuff) in November 2025, and is not standing for re-election at the 2026 Annual Meeting. He was previously a Professor of Practice in Finance at the University of Virginia's Darden School and spent over a decade as a private equity and hedge fund investor, including as Chief Investment Officer of the Multi-Strategy Hedge Funds at BlackRock and roles at Silver Creek Capital Management and Bain Capital. He earlier served as an international economist with the Council of Economic Advisers and the U.S. Treasury Department, and previously was an Axon director from January 2001 through June 2014. He holds a B.A. and Ph.D. from Harvard University and an M.Sc. from Oxford University, where he was a Marshall Scholar.

Todd Morgenfeld serves on the boards of AppLovin Corporation since 2023 and Urban Outfitters, Inc. since 2019. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer and then CFO and Head of Business Operations at Pinterest, Inc. from 2016 to 2023, and earlier was Vice President of Finance at Twitter and Treasurer and Senior Vice President at Hewlett-Packard. He was an investment partner at Silver Lake Partners, an associate at Goldman Sachs, and served as a Captain in the U.S. Army's Armor branch. He was Senior Vice President of Technology for MySpace, President and co-founder of iLike, Inc., General Manager of Microsoft MSN Entertainment and MSN.com, and co-founder of Tellme Networks. Graham Smith serves on the boards of Procore Technologies, Inc. since 2020 and GoDaddy, Inc. since 2024, and previously chaired the board of Splunk Inc. and served as its interim CEO from November 2021 to April 2022. He held various leadership positions at salesforce.com from 2007 to 2015, including Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, and earlier was CFO at Advent Software. He has served on numerous public-company boards including BlackLine, Citrix Systems, MINDBODY, Xero and Slack Technologies. He holds a B.Sc. from Bristol University and qualified as a chartered accountant in England and Wales. There is no family relationship between Graham Smith and CEO Patrick Smith.

Jeri Williams served as Chief of Police for the Phoenix Police Department from 2016 to 2022, the first woman to lead the city's force, and previously spent nearly six years as the first female Chief of Police in Oxnard, California. In 2016 President Obama appointed her to the Medal of Valor Review Board, and she served as the first female President of the Major Cities Chiefs Association. Since 2023 she has acted as Principal for Impresa Strategy, a business consulting and advisory firm. She holds a B.A. in Fine Arts from Arizona State University and an M.A. in Education from Northern Arizona University.

Joshua IsnerPresident

Joshua Isner is President of Axon, responsible for the company's execution and growth, including top-line execution and global expansion into new markets and product categories. He joined Axon in 2009 through its Leadership Development Program, led the domestic body camera and cloud software sales team to a record year in 2014, and was promoted to Executive Vice President of Global Sales and then Chief Revenue Officer in 2018. He became Chief Operating Officer in 2022 and was promoted to President in 2023. He holds a B.S. in Government & Political Science from Harvard University.

Brittany BagleyChief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Brittany Bagley serves as Axon's Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, with responsibility for integrating financial functions with operations including manufacturing, supply chain and enterprise. She joined Axon in September 2022 after serving as CFO of Sonos, Inc. since April 2019, and earlier was a Managing Director at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) and an analyst at Goldman Sachs. She has served on the board of Aurora Innovation, Inc. since July 2021, where she chairs the audit committee. She holds a B.A. in Economics, magna cum laude, from Brown University.

Jeffrey KuninsChief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer

Jeffrey Kunins leads Axon's global product, software and hardware engineering, artificial intelligence, design and security teams, building the company's product suite of cameras, TASER energy weapons and SaaS platforms. Since joining Axon in September 2019, he has driven expansion of the company's research and development organization. Prior to Axon, he served as Vice President of Alexa Entertainment and Vice President of Kindle at Amazon, and earlier held roles at Skype, Microsoft and Tellme Networks. He holds a B.S. in Information & Decision Systems from Carnegie Mellon University.

Cameron BrooksChief Revenue Officer

Cameron Brooks leads the strategy and execution of international sales as well as global services and customer success at Axon. Prior to joining Axon in 2024, he was General Manager of Europe, Middle East and Africa Public Sector for Amazon Web Services from December 2017, and earlier held various roles at IBM including Director of Public Sector for IBM's Watson Group. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, MS and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business.

Isaiah FieldsChief Legal Officer

Isaiah Fields is responsible for overseeing Axon's legal operations, government affairs, risk management and compliance, and serves as Corporate Secretary. He joined Axon in 2011 as litigation counsel and held positions including VP of Legal and Government Affairs and SVP & General Counsel before being promoted to EVP & General Counsel in January 2021. He previously served as an Assistant Attorney General at the Arizona Attorney General's Office and was named 2021 General Counsel of the Year for medium-sized public companies by Arizona's Corporate Council Awards. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University.

Elizabeth Coughlin (Hart)Chief Human Officer

Elizabeth Coughlin (Hart) leads Axon's global People Operations organization. Prior to joining Axon in 2019, she was the Chief Administrative Officer for Trax Group, a SaaS-based startup, from July 2016 to January 2019, and spent five years at Bloomberg LP from April 2011 to July 2016. At Bloomberg she held a variety of global roles including Interim Recruiting Lead for Asia, HR Leader for the Industry Verticals and Chief of Staff for Bloomberg Government. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington.
