Todd Foley is a co-founder of Aktis Oncology and has served as Chair of its board of directors since August 2020. Since 1999 he has worked at MPM BioImpact, a biotechnology investment firm, where he is a Managing Director focused on venture investments in biotech companies, and he has served on the boards of Entrada Therapeutics, Repare Therapeutics, Rhythm Pharmaceuticals and Chiasma. He received a BS in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Ken Herrmann has served on Aktis Oncology's board of directors since May 2024. Since 2016 he has been the Director and Chair of the Department of Nuclear Medicine at the Universitaetsmedizin Essen in Germany, and he was previously a tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Molecular and Medical Pharmacology at the University of California, Los Angeles. He received an MD and Doctorate in Medicine from Humboldt Universitaet Berlin and an MBA from the University of Zurich.

Helen S. Kim has served on Aktis Oncology's board of directors since February 2021. She is a Senior Managing Director of Vida Ventures and was previously a Partner at The Column Group and Executive Vice President of Business Development at Kite Pharma, where she led the corporate development that resulted in its acquisition by Gilead. She currently serves on the boards of Prothena and several private biotechnology companies, and received a BS in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Oleg Nodelman has served on Aktis Oncology's board of directors since February 2021. Since 2012 he has been the Founder and Portfolio Manager of EcoR1 Capital, a biotechnology-focused investment advisory firm, and previously held roles including Portfolio Manager at BVF Partners. He serves as a director of AnaptysBio, Galapagos and Zymeworks, and earned a BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.

Lloyd M. Segal has served on Aktis Oncology's board of directors since February 2021. He is the co-founder of Repare Therapeutics, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer from its incorporation in 2016 through April 2025, and previously was a Managing Partner at Persistence Capital Partners and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Versant Ventures. He received a BA in Politics from Brandeis University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Michael A. Sherman has served on Aktis Oncology's board of directors since August 2025. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Chimerix and, before that, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Endocyte until its acquisition by Novartis in 2018, having joined Endocyte as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. He currently serves on the board of Werewolf Therapeutics and holds a BA in economics from DePauw University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Mary Thistle has served on Aktis Oncology's board of directors since January 2025. She previously served as Special Advisor and earlier Chief of Staff at the Bill & Melinda Gates Medical Research Institute, and held senior leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer at Dimension Therapeutics and business development leadership roles at Cubist Pharmaceuticals. She currently serves on the boards of Cullinan Therapeutics, Q32 Bio, Entrada Therapeutics and Vigil Neuroscience.

Matthew Roden has served as Aktis Oncology's President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of its board of directors since September 2020. Since August 2020 he has also worked as an Entrepreneur Partner at MPM BioImpact, a biotechnology investment firm, and previously served as Senior Vice President and Head of Enterprise Strategy at Bristol Myers Squibb after leading its strategic corporate development and business development functions. Earlier in his career he was an equity research analyst at UBS Investment Bank and J.P. Morgan, and he holds a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Kyle D. Kuvalanka has served as Aktis Oncology's Chief Financial Officer since November 2025. He was previously Chief Financial Officer and Chief Business Officer of ROME Therapeutics, and earlier served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Goldfinch Bio, as well as Chief Operating Officer and principal financial officer of Syros Pharmaceuticals and Chief Business Officer of Blueprint Medicines. He holds a BA from Wesleyan University and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Akos Czibere has served as Aktis Oncology's Chief Medical Officer since July 2024. From 2017 to 2024 he held roles of increasing responsibility at Pfizer, most recently as Vice President and Therapeutic Area Head of Hematology-Oncology, and earlier held senior positions at Merrimack Pharmaceuticals. He holds an MD and PhD from the University of Duesseldorf, Germany, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School.

Paul L. Feldman has served as Aktis Oncology's Chief Scientific Officer since December 2020. He was previously co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Phoundry Pharmaceuticals before its acquisition by Intarcia Therapeutics, where he then led discovery and translational medicine, and earlier spent more than 27 years at GlaxoSmithKline where he contributed to the discovery of five approved drugs. He holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley and a BS in Chemistry from Duke University.

Shulamit Ron-Bigger has served as Aktis Oncology's Chief Operating Officer since September 2022. She previously served as Vice President of Portfolio Strategy for the Research and Early Development organization at Bristol Myers Squibb, where she held various strategic and commercial roles from 2017, and earlier worked as a strategic consultant to large pharmaceutical companies. She holds a PhD in Cancer Epigenetics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a BA in Molecular Biochemistry from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Tyler Benedum has served as Aktis Oncology's Chief Technical Officer since May 2024, having joined the company in January 2022 as Senior Vice President, CMC. From 2005 to 2022 he held positions of increasing seniority at Avid Radiopharmaceuticals (acquired by Eli Lilly and Company), most recently as Vice President of CMC Development and Manufacturing. He received a BS in Chemistry from Washington College and a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Virginia.
