Michael Doyle is the non-executive Chairman of AirSculpt's Board of Directors, elected as a Class III director and Non-Executive Chairman in November 2025. He has served as Managing Partner of Vesey Street Capital Partners, the Company's private equity sponsor, since January 2025 and previously led Surgery Partners as Chief Executive Officer for roughly 15 years, scaling it from 3 to more than 175 locations.

Yogesh Jashnani has served as AirSculpt Technologies' Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board since January 2025. He brings more than 20 years of experience across the aesthetics, retail and finance industries, previously serving as Chief Revenue Officer of Sky Zone and Chief Commercial Officer of Ideal Image.

Adam Feinstein has served on AirSculpt's Board since June 2021 and was its lead independent director from March 2023 until November 2025. He founded Vesey Street Capital Partners, the Company's private equity sponsor, in 2014 and serves as its Managing Partner.

Daniel Sollof has served on AirSculpt's Board since June 2021 and previously sat on the board of managers of Elite Body Sculpture, the Company's predecessor. He joined Vesey Street Capital Partners in 2014 and serves as a General Partner, having earlier been a healthcare research analyst at Barclays Capital/Lehman Brothers.

Caroline Chu has served on AirSculpt's Board since October 2021. She spent 16 years at Goldman Sachs, ultimately as a portfolio manager and Managing Director in Goldman Sachs Investment Partners, and later served as Co-Head of Equities and Managing Director at Alwyne Management LP.

Thomas Aaron has served on AirSculpt's Board since October 2021. He was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Community Health Systems, Inc. from 2017 to 2019 and previously spent a 32-year career at Deloitte leading audit and consulting services for national healthcare organizations.

Kenneth Higgins has served on AirSculpt's Board since October 2021. He co-founded the middle-market M&A advisory firm Northborne Partners, LLC, where he now serves as Senior Advisor, and previously spent 4.5 years at BMO Capital Markets Corp.

Michael Arthur has served as AirSculpt Technologies' Chief Financial Officer since January 2026. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Inspirato Incorporated and held corporate strategy and development roles at VF Corporation, and is a certified public accountant and CFA charterholder.

Brent Wadman has served as AirSculpt Technologies' General Counsel since February 2026. He was previously General Counsel of Inspirato Incorporated, a partner at Messner Reeves LLP, and General Counsel of Stillwater Mining Company, advising companies and boards on corporate, securities and transactional matters.
