Daniel Sollof has served on AirSculpt's Board since June 2021 and previously served on the board of managers of Elite Body Sculpture, the Company's predecessor, from October 2018 until the initial public offering.

He joined Vesey Street Capital Partners in August 2014 and serves as a General Partner, sourcing and evaluating investments and working with the firm's portfolio companies. Earlier, he was a Vice President and research analyst at Barclays Capital/Lehman Brothers from 2007 to 2014 covering healthcare facilities and medical supplies and devices, and a valuation and business modeling analyst in Ernst & Young's Transaction Advisory Services group from 2005 to 2007.

Mr. Sollof holds a B.S. in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego and is a CFA charterholder.
