AGNC Investment Corp. Leadership

Gary D. Kain is Executive Chair of AGNC Investment Corp.'s Board of Directors, a role he has held since July 2021, and has been a director since March 2016. He previously served as AGNC's Chief Executive Officer (2016-2021), Chief Investment Officer (2009-2021) and President (2011-2018). Before AGNC he spent his career at Freddie Mac, where he ran the company's mortgage investment activities and securities trading over a period stretching back to the mid-1990s.

Donna J. Blank has served on AGNC Investment Corp.'s Board since 2018 and chairs its Audit Committee. She is a finance executive with over 30 years of financial and operational experience in financial services, including Chief Financial Officer roles at ZAIS Group, LLC, NFP Corp., and Financial Guaranty Insurance Company.

Morris A. Davis is the Paul V. Profeta Chair of Real Estate and Professor of Finance and Economics at Rutgers Business School and a leading expert on housing markets, real estate finance, and urban economics. He served on AGNC's Board from May 2008 until March 2025, resigned to become Chief Housing Economist at the White House Council of Economic Advisors during 2025, and was reappointed to the Board in January 2026.

John D. Fisk has served on AGNC Investment Corp.'s Board since 2019 and chairs its Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee (elected chair in March 2025). He retired in March 2019 as Chief Executive Officer of the FHLBanks Office of Finance and earlier was Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning at MGIC Investment Corporation.

Christine L. Hurtsellers, CFA, was appointed to AGNC Investment Corp.'s Board in December 2025 and serves on its Audit Committee. She is a former Chief Executive Officer and chief investment officer, having led Voya Investment Management as CEO from 2016 to 2024 after serving as its Chief Investment Officer, Fixed Income.

Andrew A. Johnson, Jr. has served on AGNC Investment Corp.'s Board since 2021 and serves on its Audit Committee. An investment professional with over 20 years leading fixed income teams, he was Managing Director, Head of Global Investment Grade Fixed Income and Chief Investment Officer at Neuberger Berman from 2009 to 2019 and now serves as its Senior Diversity and Inclusion Leader.

Prue B. Larocca has served on AGNC Investment Corp.'s Board since 2013 and is its Lead Independent Director (since May 2016) and Vice Chair (since July 2021). A retired investment banking executive and recognized expert in housing finance and securitization, she was a Managing Director of Royal Bank of Scotland from 1997 until her retirement in 2011.

Paul E. Mullings has served on AGNC Investment Corp.'s Board since 2016 and has over 40 years of experience in the mortgage banking sector. He was a Managing Director of The Collingwood Group (a SitusAMC company) until his 2020 retirement and previously a Senior Vice President of Freddie Mac's Single-Family Business division.

Frances R. Spark has served on AGNC Investment Corp.'s Board since 2019 and is an 'audit committee financial expert.' An experienced finance professional with broad expertise in mortgage finance and financial reporting for publicly traded companies, she was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of CYS Investments, Inc., a publicly traded Agency mortgage REIT, from 2009 through 2016.

Peter J. Federico is AGNC Investment Corp.'s President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer, and has served on the Board of Directors since July 2021. He joined AGNC in 2011 as Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, later serving as EVP and Chief Financial Officer (2016-2018) and Chief Operating Officer (2018-2021) before being named CEO in July 2021 and adding the Chief Investment Officer role in March 2025. Before AGNC, he spent more than two decades at Freddie Mac, most recently as Executive Vice President and Treasurer.

Bernice E. Bell is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AGNC Investment Corp., a role she has held since March 2018, and has been responsible for AGNC's accounting and financial reporting since the company's inception in 2008. She previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller at AGNC, and earlier was Vice President and Controller of American Capital, Ltd.

Kenneth L. Pollack is Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary of AGNC Investment Corp., having served as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary since July 2016 and as an Executive Vice President since January 2022. Before AGNC he was Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of American Capital, Ltd., which he joined in 2004, and earlier practiced law as an associate at Arnold & Porter.

Sean P. Reid is Executive Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development of AGNC Investment Corp., a role he has held since January 2022. He joined AGNC's former external manager in 2013 as Senior Vice President, Corporate and Business Development, and previously worked at American Capital, Ltd. and as a corporate and securities associate at Covington & Burling.

Christopher J. Kuehl served as AGNC Investment Corp.'s Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer until March 20, 2025, when he transitioned to the role of Senior Vice President, Head of Investment Research and Strategy and ceased to be an executive officer of the company. He remained a named executive officer for 2025 compensation-disclosure purposes.
