Eric P. Hansotia has served as AGCO's Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer since January 1, 2021, and has been a director since October 2020. He joined AGCO in 2013 and previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from January 2019 to December 2020, after earlier roles leading global harvesting, crop cycle and Fuse connected-services businesses. Before AGCO he spent roughly two decades at Deere & Company in harvesting, crop-care and forestry leadership roles.

Michael C. Arnold has been an AGCO director since October 2013. He is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Ryerson Inc., which he led through its 2014 initial public offering, and previously held senior management positions at The Timken Company from 1979 to 2010. He also serves as Lead Independent Director of Kaiser Aluminum Corporation.

Sondra L. Barbour has been an AGCO director since April 2019. During a 30-year career at Lockheed Martin Corporation she rose to Executive Vice President of Information Systems & Global Solutions and also served briefly as an Executive Vice President of Leidos Holdings. She currently serves on the board of NiSource, Inc., where she chairs the Audit Committee.

Suzanne P. Clark has been an AGCO director since April 2017. She is Chief Executive Officer of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, a role she has held since March 2021 after serving as its President from June 2019 and earlier as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. She also serves on the board of TransUnion.

James C. Collins, Jr. joined AGCO's board effective April 1, 2026. He is the former Chief Executive Officer and board member of Corteva Agriscience, which he helped create following the DowDuPont merger, after a 37-year career leading agriculture businesses at DuPont and DowDuPont. He currently serves on the board of Archer-Daniels-Midland Company.

Bob De Lange has been an AGCO director since January 2021 and became Lead Director in January 2026. He is Group President, Digital, Technology & Distribution of Caterpillar Inc., where he has held a range of leadership roles since joining the company in 1993, including Group President of Construction Industries. His experience spans global product management, supply chain, manufacturing and distribution.

Zhanna Golodryga has been an AGCO director since April 2025. She recently retired as Executive Vice President, Emerging Energy and Sustainability at Phillips 66, where she had held senior roles since 2017, including Senior Vice President, Chief Digital and Administrative Officer. She previously served as Chief Information Officer at Hess Corporation and BHP Billiton Petroleum, and sits on the board of Regions Financial Corporation.

Niels Pörksen has been an AGCO director since October 2021. He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Südzucker AG, one of the world's largest sugar producers, and serves on the supervisory boards of CropEnergies AG and AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG. He previously held leadership roles at Nufarm, Nordzucker and BASF.

David Sagehorn has been an AGCO director since March 2022. He is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Oshkosh Corporation, where he served as CFO for 13 years and previously held roles including Vice President and Treasurer and Vice President, Business Development. He serves on the board of Chart Industries, Inc., where he chairs the Audit Committee.

Damon J. Audia was named President, PTx & Corporate Strategy effective August 1, 2026, overseeing AGCO's precision agriculture business and its enterprise strategy and transformation teams. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from July 2022 until that transition and was a named executive officer in the 2026 proxy. Before AGCO he was CFO of Kennametal, Inc. and Carpenter Technology Corporation and spent about a decade at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.

Indira Agarwal was appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer effective August 1, 2026, also serving as AGCO's Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer. She joined AGCO in June 2024 as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and previously was Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of HF Sinclair Corporation. Her appointment agreement provides for a base salary of $600,000 per year.

Roger N. Batkin has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Sustainability Officer and Corporate Secretary since January 2022, with responsibility for AGCO's worldwide legal matters, ethics and compliance, and sustainability efforts. He joined AGCO in 2000 as European Legal Counsel and progressed through senior legal roles. He also chairs the AGCO Foundation.

Kelvin Bennett has been Senior Vice President, Engineering since January 2021, leading research and development across AGCO's product lines. He joined AGCO in Hesston, Kansas in 2007 as an Engineering Manager and held engineering leadership roles in the United States, Brazil and France before assuming his current position. Prior to AGCO he held engineering positions at CNH Industrial, Husqvarna Group and Nilfisk.

Stefan Caspari is Senior Vice President, Customer Success and North America Ag, overseeing distribution, customer and digital experience, and North American sales for AGCO brands. He joined AGCO in 2014 and has held senior roles including Senior Vice President and General Manager of Grain & Protein and Vice President of Fuse, Connected Services and Technology. Before AGCO he held leadership positions at Zurich Financial Services and Arthur D. Little.

Torsten R.W. Dehner is Senior Vice President, General Manager, Global Fendt/Valtra and Product Management and was a named executive officer in the 2026 proxy. He joined AGCO in 2010 as Vice President, Purchasing & Materials for Europe and the Middle East and most recently served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Europe and the Middle East. Before AGCO he spent 12 years at Behr GmbH & Co. KG, ending as Group Vice President, Purchasing.

Luis F.S. Felli is Senior Vice President, General Manager, Global Massey Ferguson and Business Effectiveness and was a named executive officer in the 2026 proxy. He joined AGCO in 2018 to lead its South America strategy and operations, following senior roles at companies including Braskem, Atvos and Eldorado Brasil Celulose. He serves on the board of Colombo Agroindústria S/A.

Ivory M. Harris has been Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer since May 2021, leading AGCO's global talent, culture and organization strategies. Before AGCO she spent 17 years at BASF in HR leadership roles of increasing scope, most recently Vice President, People Service, US. She holds a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences and Psychology from the University of Houston.

Timothy O. Millwood has been Senior Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer since August 2022 and was a named executive officer in the 2026 proxy. He joined AGCO after a more than 30-year career at Cummins Inc., where he most recently served as Vice President, Global Manufacturing. He holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Viren Shah has been Senior Vice President, Chief Digital & Information Officer since January 2024, leading AGCO's digital vision and strategy, IT and data analytics. He joined AGCO after more than 20 years in IT, supply chain and digital roles, most recently as Chief Digital Officer of GE Appliances. He previously served as Chief Information Officer at Masco Cabinetry and Specialty Fashion Group and held various positions at Walmart.

Brian Sorbe has been President, PTx since August 2025, leading AGCO's global technology portfolio focused on smart farming solutions. Before joining AGCO in 2025 he held leadership roles at Topcon Positioning Systems, including Senior Vice President and General Manager, over a 14-year tenure. He began his precision-agriculture career at Ag-Chem Equipment, which AGCO acquired in 2001.
