AGCO's leadership page states Batkin joined AGCO in 2000 as European Legal Counsel and was named Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in 2013 before his current role.
It notes he has executive responsibility for AGCO's worldwide legal, intellectual property, ethics and compliance strategies and leads its sustainability efforts, and that he previously worked in private practice at an international law firm.
