Earlier he was President and CEO of Constar International, Inc., President and CEO of TriMas Corporation, Chairman and CEO of Health Media, and Global Group President of Fluid Management Products at Dana/Echlin Corporation. He brings senior management, public board, and private equity/merchant banking experience together with global expertise in industrial markets and M&A.

Frederick A. Ball is an Operating Partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners, a multi-stage venture capital firm, and chairs Advanced Energy's Compensation Committee. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer and earlier as Senior Vice President and CFO of Marketo Inc., and was CFO for several technology companies including Webroot Software, BigBand Networks, and Borland Software Corporation. He also served as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions and Vice President of Finance for KLA-Tencor Corporation and spent over 10 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has served as a director of Electro Scientific Industries, SendGrid, and FirstMark Horizon Acquisition Corporation.

Anne T. DelSanto serves as a Limited Partner at Operator Collective and Stage 2 Capital, venture capital funds investing in early-stage technology and software companies. She previously served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Platform at Salesforce, Inc., following six years of other senior leadership roles there, and earlier as Group Vice President of Sales Engineering at Oracle Corp., beginning her career as an Account Systems Engineer at IBM. She served on the board of Juniper Networks from March 2019 to July 2025 and currently sits on the boards of private companies Axonius, Hubbl Technologies, and StackAdapt. She is a member of Advanced Energy's Compensation and Nominating, Governance & Sustainability Committees.

Tina M. Donikowski retired from General Electric Company in October 2015 after 38 years, most recently serving as Vice President, Global Locomotive Business, GE Transportation. She currently serves on the boards of TopBuild Corp. and privately held Eriez Magnetics, and previously served on the boards of Atlas Copco AB and CIRCOR International. She chairs Advanced Energy's Nominating, Governance & Sustainability Committee and serves on its Compensation Committee. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and an Honorary Doctorate from Gannon University.

Ronald C. Foster served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of Micron Technology, Inc. from April 2008 to March 2015, having earlier been a member of Micron's board. Before Micron he was CFO and Senior Vice President of FormFactor, Inc., and previously served as CFO for JDS Uniphase and Novell, with various financial and operational roles at Applied Materials and Hewlett Packard. He has served on the boards of Everspin Technologies, Inotera Memories, LUXIM Corporation, and Aptina. He chairs Advanced Energy's Audit and Finance Committee and is designated an audit committee financial expert.

Stephen D. Kelley serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Energy and has been a member of its Board of Directors since March 2021. He previously served as President and CEO and a board member of Amkor Technology, Inc. from May 2013 to June 2020, and as Senior Advisor to Advanced Technology Investment Company until December 2012. He was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Cree, Inc. (now Wolfspeed) from 2008 to 2011 and earlier held executive roles at Texas Instruments, Philips Semiconductors, National Semiconductor, and Motorola. Since January 2023 he has served on the board of ONTO Innovation Inc., and he holds an SB ChE from MIT and a JD from Santa Clara University.

Lanesha T. Minnix is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Becton, Dickinson and Company, effective March 16, 2026. She previously served as Executive Vice President and Global Chief Legal Officer at Walgreens Boots Alliance from April 2024 to January 2026, as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for Ecolab Inc. from June 2022 to April 2024, and as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Flowserve Corporation from June 2018 to June 2022. Earlier she held roles at BMC Stock Holdings, ABM Industries, Shell Oil Company, and Sprint Corporation, and began her career as a Corporate Associate at K&L Gates LLP. She serves on Advanced Energy's Audit and Finance and Nominating, Governance & Sustainability Committees.

David W. Reed served as Chief Executive Officer of Vendanta Resources Ltd.'s semiconductor group from February 2023 until his retirement in March 2024. Before that he was at NXP Semiconductors N.V., principally as Executive Vice President of Operations responsible for manufacturing operations, supply chain, IT, quality, and procurement, having joined NXP in 2015 from Freescale Semiconductor. He earlier served as Vice President and General Manager at GLOBALFOUNDRIES and began his career at Texas Instruments in 1984, and has served as chairman of SSMC Foundry, an NXP-TSMC joint venture. He serves on Advanced Energy's Audit and Finance Committee and is designated an audit committee financial expert.

John A. Roush serves as Chief Executive Officer and a board member of Pine Environmental, LLC, a provider of test equipment solutions for environmental and non-destructive test markets. Prior to joining Pine Environmental in May 2024 he was an Operating Executive Advisor to ACON Investments, LLC and earlier served as CEO and a director of Novanta Inc. from December 2010 to September 2016, following a twelve-year career with PerkinElmer, Inc. He currently serves as a director of Lemaitre Vascular, Inc. and Targan, Inc., and previously was CFO and Chairman of ACON S2 Acquisition Corp. He serves on Advanced Energy's Compensation and Nominating, Governance & Sustainability Committees.

Brian M. Shirley retired from Micron Technology, Inc. as Senior Vice President DRAM and Emerging Memory Engineering in December 2019, having joined as a Product Engineer in 1988 and held positions of increasing responsibility across product design, engineering, and business unit management. He is listed as an inventor on 82 U.S. patents and helped drive Micron's expansion into specialized memory for servers, mobile, and networking. Since retirement he consults for U.S. government departments through CTC Aero, LLC on the semiconductor geopolitical landscape, supply chain resilience, and national security, and serves on the Board of Regents of the Potomac Institute. He serves on Advanced Energy's Audit and Finance Committee and is designated an audit committee financial expert.

Paul Oldham joined Advanced Energy in May 2018 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Administration, CFO, and Corporate Secretary, and earlier as Vice President of Administration, CFO, and Corporate Secretary, of Electro Scientific Industries, Inc. from January 2008 to December 2017. Before ESI he spent three decades at Tektronix, Inc., holding senior leadership positions including Vice President Finance and Corporate Controller and Vice President-Treasurer and Investor Relations. He holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and an MBA in accounting and finance from Brigham Young University.

Eduardo Bernal Acebedo joined Advanced Energy in September 2021 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer and is based in Singapore. He has more than 30 years of experience managing global operations in the semiconductor industry, joining the Company from NXP Semiconductors, where he was senior vice president of assembly and test operations overseeing multiple factories and a team of 12,000 employees. Prior to that he was with Texas Instruments in various leadership roles in operations, manufacturing, planning, and quality. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Technological Institute of Aguascalientes in Mexico and is a graduate of MIT's Leading Organization & Change program.

Elizabeth Vonne joined Advanced Energy in April 2022 as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary and has more than 20 years of experience in the legal field. She joined the Company from Mesa Laboratories, Inc., where she served as Vice President, Legal, General Counsel, and Secretary. Prior to that she was a Partner at Davis, Graham & Stubbs LLP, focusing on corporate transactions, complex litigation, and regulatory compliance, and earlier was an Associate Attorney at a multinational law firm in New York City. She holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College.

John Donaghey joined Advanced Energy in July 2021 as Senior Vice President, Global Sales, became Executive Vice President, Global Sales in July 2022, and as of February 2026 serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer. He previously served in senior sales and business leadership roles at Amkor Technology, Inc. for seven years, most recently as global leader of sales. Earlier he was with Texas Instruments from 1991 to 2014 in various leadership, sales, and marketing roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
