He was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Cree, Inc. Paul Oldham joined Advanced Energy in May 2018 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Administration, CFO, and Corporate Secretary, and earlier as Vice President of Administration, CFO, and Corporate Secretary, of Electro Scientific Industries, Inc. from January 2008 to December 2017. Before ESI he spent three decades at Tektronix, Inc., holding senior leadership positions including Vice President Finance and Corporate Controller and Vice President-Treasurer and Investor Relations. He holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and an MBA in accounting and finance from Brigham Young University.

Eduardo Bernal AcebedoExecutive Vice President, Chief Operations OfficerSince 2021

Eduardo Bernal Acebedo joined Advanced Energy in September 2021 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer and is based in Singapore. He has more than 30 years of experience managing global operations in the semiconductor industry, joining the Company from NXP Semiconductors, where he was senior vice president of assembly and test operations overseeing multiple factories and a team of 12,000 employees. Prior to that he was with Texas Instruments in various leadership roles in operations, manufacturing, planning, and quality. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Technological Institute of Aguascalientes in Mexico and is a graduate of MIT's Leading Organization & Change program.

Elizabeth Vonne joined Advanced Energy in April 2022 as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary and has more than 20 years of experience in the legal field. She joined the Company from Mesa Laboratories, Inc., where she served as Vice President, Legal, General Counsel, and Secretary. Prior to that she was a Partner at Davis, Graham & Stubbs LLP, focusing on corporate transactions, complex litigation, and regulatory compliance, and earlier was an Associate Attorney at a multinational law firm in New York City. She holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College.

John Donaghey joined Advanced Energy in July 2021 as Senior Vice President, Global Sales, became Executive Vice President, Global Sales in July 2022, and as of February 2026 serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer. He previously served in senior sales and business leadership roles at Amkor Technology, Inc. for seven years, most recently as global leader of sales.
