James D. DeVries is Chairman of ADT's Board of Directors and the company's President and Chief Executive Officer. He joined ADT in 2016 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, was named President in September 2017, CEO in December 2018 and Chairman in 2023. Prior to ADT he spent nearly a decade at Allstate Insurance Company in senior operations and administrative roles, and he serves on the board of ABM Industries.

Thomas Gartland has served as Chairman and CEO of Montway Auto Transport, a privately held North American transport company, since 2023. From 2017 to 2023 he was executive chairman of SGL TransGroup, and from 2011 to 2014 he was President of North America for Avis Budget Group. He also serves on the boards of Xenia Hotels & Resorts and ABM Industries, and sits on ADT's Audit Committee.

Tracey R. Griffin has served as Group Chief Financial Officer of Chalhoub Group, a luxury goods retailer and distributor headquartered in Dubai, since 2023. From 2019 to 2023 she was CFO and COO of Framebridge, and earlier served as CFO of Kendra Scott and CFO of PANDORA Americas. She holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and serves on ADT's Compensation Committee.

Daniel Houston retired in September 2025 as executive chair of Principal Financial Group, a Fortune 500 global financial services company where he spent 40 years. Over his career at Principal he held numerous leadership roles, becoming chief executive officer in 2015 and chairman in 2016. He also serves on the board of Arch Capital Group and chairs ADT's Compensation Committee.

Paul J. Smith serves on ADT's board as a designee of State Farm pursuant to the State Farm Investor Rights Agreement. In April 2025 he retired as an Executive Vice President of State Farm Fire & Casualty Company, having previously served as Chief Operating Officer of State Farm until January 2025. He joined State Farm in 1988 and held senior finance and operations roles including Chief Financial Officer.

Danielle Tiedt is a technology executive with more than 25 years of experience building global products and brands. Since joining Google in 2012 as Chief Marketing Officer for YouTube, she has overseen global marketing strategy and execution for YouTube's portfolio of products. Prior to Google she spent 15 years in product and marketing leadership roles at Microsoft, and she sits on ADT's Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

Matthew E. Winter is ADT's Lead Independent Director and chairs the Audit Committee. He retired in 2018 as President of The Allstate Corporation, which he joined in 2009 as President and CEO of Allstate Financial. He also serves on the boards of The Hartford Insurance Group and H&R Block.

Suzanne Yoon is managing partner and Chair of the Investment and Management Committees of Kinzie Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm she founded in 2017. Prior to founding Kinzie she held senior roles at Versa Capital Management, CIT Group and LaSalle Bank/ABN AMRO. She chairs ADT's Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and serves on the Audit Committee.

Sigal Zarmi has served as a Senior Advisor for Boston Consulting Group since 2021. From 2018 to 2023 she served in various capacities including International CIO and Global Head of Transformation at Morgan Stanley. She also serves on the boards of GoDaddy and JFrog, previously served on the board of HashiCorp, and sits on ADT's Audit Committee.

Jeffrey A. Likosar has served as ADT's President, Corporate Development and Transformation since August 2022, and in April 2024 was again named Chief Financial Officer, a role he first held from February 2017 to August 2022. He leads ADT's finance organization and corporate development activities including strategic planning, M&A and transformation. Before joining ADT he was CFO at Gardner Denver and held executive finance roles at Dell Technologies and General Electric.

Fawad Ahmad has served as ADT's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating and Customer Officer since April 2025, leading the company's operations organization including field technicians, remote service, call centers, IT and procurement. From June 2024 to April 2025 he was Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, having joined State Farm in 2016 and held roles including Chief Digital Officer. He previously held leadership roles at Staples and eBay and serves on the board of Radian Group.

Todd Dernberger has served as ADT's Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer since February 2025, after serving as Senior Vice President of Field and Virtual Operations and Vice President of Operations. With almost 20 years at ADT, he joined in 2007 as a Residential Sales Representative and has assumed roles of increasing responsibility. He is recognized as a leader who builds culture within ADT's sales teams and accelerates growth.

Omar Khan has served as ADT's Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer since joining in March 2025, leading product, engineering, innovation, business development and strategic partnership teams. He previously was Chief Operating Officer of HealthyMD, a Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group, COO of American Health Associates and CEO of Transformco. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from MIT.

Kimberly (Kim) Miller has served as ADT's Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer since January 2026, responsible for the company's go-to-market and customer acquisition strategies and corporate communications. Since 2016 she has held senior marketing leadership roles including Chief Growth and Marketing Officer at Aescape, Global Chief Marketing Officer at Native Instruments and The Economist Group, and Chief Marketing Officer at the Flatiron School and Consumer Reports. She holds an MBA from Columbia University.

David Scott has served as ADT's Executive Vice President, Chief People and Administration Officer since September 2023, responsible for human resources, real estate, security and environmental, health and safety functions. Prior to ADT he was Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at DISH Network from 2018 to 2023. He earlier spent 20 years at Walmart in HR leadership roles, ultimately as Senior Vice President of Talent and Organizational Effectiveness.

David W. Smail has served as ADT's Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary since February 2019 and has more than 30 years of legal experience. From 2015 to 2018 he was Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Scientific Games Corporation, and earlier was Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Morgans Hotel Group and Group General Counsel at Havas S.A. He was previously a partner at the international law firm Hogan Lovells.

Donald M. Young served as ADT's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer until his retirement, effective June 6, 2025, as disclosed in a Form 8-K filed March 11, 2025. He transitioned to a special advisor role under a retirement and consulting agreement with the company. He was a named executive officer for fiscal year 2025.
