Adecoagro S.A. Leadership

Juan Sartori has served as Executive Chairman of Adecoagro since 2025, following Tether's acquisition of a controlling stake in the company. He is the chairman and founder of Union Group International Holdings, a privately owned investment and private-equity firm he established in 2007 with strategic interests across Latin America in agriculture, energy, forestry, infrastructure and real estate. Mr. Sartori is a co-owner of Sunderland A.F.C., Vice-President of AS Monaco Football Club, and a board member of the European Club Association and France's Professional Football League (LFP). He served as a Senator of the Uruguayan Parliament from February 2020 to February 2025. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Lausanne.

Kyril Robert Leonid Louis-Dreyfus has served as a director of Adecoagro since 2025. A descendant of the founder of the Louis Dreyfus Group, whose family foundation remains the controlling shareholder of Louis Dreyfus Company, he co-founded Bia Sports Group, a sports-investment platform that owns Sunderland A.F.C. and the rights to the FIM World Supercross Championship, after completing his studies in Switzerland. He is also the founder of Narion Holding AG, a Swiss-based holding company with investments in private equity, real estate and venture capital.

Dr. Christian Ferdinando Emilio De Prati has served as an independent director of Adecoagro since 2025. His experience spans corporate governance, investment banking, real estate and philanthropy. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and the Audit & Risk Committee of Rothschild & Co. Bank AG and is a member of the Board of Advisors of the Center for Innovation and Sustainability in Business. He previously served on the boards of Sterling Strategic Value, Channel Plus AG, Peach Property Group, Lastminute.com and the Corner Bank Group, and was CEO and Country Head Switzerland at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, and holds a degree in political economy and a doctorate in economics from the University of Zurich.

Andres Eduardo Larriera has served as an independent director of Adecoagro since 2026. He is Managing Director of Aldwych Advisors, a London-based strategic-advisory firm he founded in 2019, and since 2020 has served on the boards of Flow Management Industries UK and six UK sub-holding companies. He held executive leadership roles at Hitachi from 2009 to 2017, including a seat on the Hitachi Europe Executive Committee as Head of the Smart Cities Energy Business Group, and was part of the founding management team of Hitachi Consulting UK (2006-2009). Earlier he was Director of Operations at The Evaluation Partnership (later acquired by Tetra Tech Coffey) and a management consultant at Accenture across Argentina, Mexico and Spain. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, an MSc in Public Policy from the London School of Economics, and completed an Executive Management Program at Wharton. He holds dual Argentine and British citizenship.

Oscar Alejandro Leon Bentancor has served as an independent director of Adecoagro since 2026. A Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of experience in financial management, project finance and risk analysis across agriculture, mining and hydropower, he has served as Chief Financial Officer and board member of several organizations, including ICC Labs, Biomind Labs, SX Global United Ltd., Union Agriculture Group and Union Group Ventures. He has extensive experience with U.S. and Canadian GAAP, IFRS, and SEC and TSX reporting. He holds a CPA certification from the Universidad de la Republica Oriental de Uruguay and has completed advanced training at Harvard University and executive environmental-management studies at Universidad ORT Uruguay.

Manuela Vaz Artigas has served as an independent director of Adecoagro since 2025 and is also an independent board member of Pague Menos SA and Solar Coca-Cola, where she leads several committees, working on strategy, reorganizations, restructuring, IPO and M&A matters. Her previous roles include CEO of Calila Investimentos, board member of LWSA, Banco BMG and JCC, and partner of McKinsey & Company. She holds a degree in Economics from Unicamp and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA, where she received the Fred Weston Excellence in Finance Award. She is a Brazilian citizen.

Ivo Andres Sarjanovic has been a member of Adecoagro's Board of Directors since 2018 and currently qualifies as an independent director. He is a non-executive board member of Sucafina S.A. and Minerva Foods and an external advisor on commodity issues to the board of the Arab Bank of Switzerland, and lectures on commodities at the University of Geneva, Universidad Di Tella, and Universidad Austral. He served as CEO of Alvean until 2017, leading it to become the world's largest sugar trader, and spent more than 25 years at Cargill International, where he was Vice-President and World Manager of Cargill Sugar Operations (2011-2014) and Vice-President and Global Trading Manager of Oilseeds in Geneva (2000-2011). He holds a B.A. in Accounting from the National University of Rosario and a Master's in Economics from Universidad Francisco Marroquin, with executive studies at IMD, Oxford and Harvard Business School. He is an Argentine, Italian and Swiss citizen.

Mariano Bosch is a co-founder of Adecoagro and has served as its Chief Executive Officer since the company's inception in 2002, and is also a member of the Board of Directors. In 1995 he founded and led BLS Agribusiness, an agricultural consulting, technical-management and administration company. He has more than 25 years of experience in agribusiness development and is active in business organizations including IDEA, AEA, YPO, AACREA, FPC and AAPRESID. He was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Endeavor in 2019 and received the Konex award for Businessman of the Year in 2018. He holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires and is an Argentine citizen.

Emilio Federico Gnecco is Adecoagro's Chief Financial Officer and has been a member of senior management since 2005, becoming CFO in 2023. He is responsible for the finance, administrative and legal departments. Before becoming CFO he was Adecoagro's Chief Legal Officer from the company's inception in 2002, responsible for all corporate matters, compliance, M&A and financing structures. Earlier he specialized in project finance, structured finance, corporate financing, private equity, joint ventures, M&A and corporate law at Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal, and worked at the National Civil Court of Appeals of the City of Buenos Aires for four years. He holds a law degree with honors from the University of Buenos Aires.

Renato Junqueira Santos Pereira is VP of Adecoagro's Sugar, Ethanol and Energy business and has been a member of senior management since 2014. He joined Adecoagro in 2010 as Operations Manager for the Sugar, Ethanol and Energy business and has extensive experience in the Brazilian sugarcane industry. Before joining Adecoagro he was CFO of the Moema Group, one of Brazil's largest sugarcane clusters, where he designed the capital structure to finance five greenfield mills, prepared the company for an IPO and coordinated the M&A process that culminated in a $1.5 billion sale to Bunge; he had earlier served as Mill Director and Agricultural Manager at Moema's mills. He is an Agricultural Engineer from the Universidade de Sao Paulo and holds an MBA from the University of California, Davis.

Marcos Sabelli has served as VP of Adecoagro's Fertilizers business and a member of senior management since 2026, following the company's acquisition of Profertil. He previously served as General Manager of Profertil, appointed by YPF, and as YPF's VP of Strategy and Business Development until September 2022. He has over 25 years of experience in the oil industry, having joined YPF's La Plata Industrial Complex in 1994. He holds a degree in Petroleum Engineering and a Master's in Petroleum and Natural Gas Economics from the Instituto Tecnologico de Buenos Aires (ITBA), a diploma in Maritime Transport and Crude Oil Trade from the University of Cambridge, and a diploma from the Executive Development Program at IAE Business School.

Mario Jose Ramon Imbrosciano is VP of Consumer Goods and Business Development for Adecoagro's operations in Argentina and Uruguay, and has been a member of senior management since 2003; since 2022 he has led the development of the Consumer Goods area. He has over 30 years of experience in farm management and agricultural production. Before joining Adecoagro he was Chief Operating Officer of Beraza Hnos. S.C., overseeing production, commercialization and logistics for a 60,000-hectare operation in Argentina's humid pampas, and has worked as a private consultant. He holds a degree in Agricultural Production Engineering from the Argentine Catholic University and an MBA from the Instituto de Altos Estudios of Universidad Austral.

Leonardo Raul Berridi is Adecoagro's VP of Business Development and, prior to the company's reorganization, had been its Country Manager for Brazil since the beginning of its Brazilian operations; he has been a member of senior management since 2004. He has over 38 years of international experience in agricultural business. Before joining Adecoagro he was Vice President of Pago Viejo S.A., an Argentine agriculture and dairy-farming company, and served as COO of Epasa (Exportadora de Productos Agrarios S.A.), a tobacco producer and exporter, and as Production Manager of World Wide Tobacco Espana S.A. He holds a degree in Forestry Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de La Plata.

Ezequiel Garbers is VP for Adecoagro's Crops and Rice business in Argentina and Uruguay, a co-founder of the company and a member of senior management, coordinating production and human-resource development activities in the region. He has over 30 years of experience in integrated agro-industrial and food chains. Before co-founding Adecoagro he was Chief Operating Officer of an agricultural consulting and investment company he co-founded, developing crop-production, cattle and dairy projects in Argentina and abroad. He holds a degree in Agronomic Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires and an MBA from the Instituto de Altos Estudios of Universidad Austral.
