Jake Nunn is an independent director of Addex, a member of the Audit Committee and is considered an audit committee financial expert. He has more than 30 years of experience in the life science industry as an investor, independent director, research analyst and investment banker. He is an independent advisor to life science companies and a partner at SR One Capital Management, and was previously a partner (2006-2018) and later venture advisor at New Enterprise Associates. He is a director of Zenas BioPharma (Nasdaq: ZBIO) and previously served on the boards of Regulus Therapeutics (acquired by Novartis), Dermira (acquired by Eli Lilly), Hyperion Therapeutics (acquired by Horizon Pharma), TriVascular, Aciex Therapeutics and Transcept Pharmaceuticals. Earlier he was a partner with the MPM BioEquities Fund and a portfolio manager at Franklin Templeton Investments, and an investment banker with Alex. Brown & Sons. He holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, an AB in Economics from Dartmouth College and the CFA designation.
